It was is a very convenient location.. right off the highway! We just so happen to get in very late from out of town due to a sad situation so we didn’t bother to request a room change.
There was a hole in the shower head that made it very uncomfortable to shower along w/ there seemed to be animal hair on the couch & our ice bucket wasn’t clean. However due to the nature of being there & how late we came about 2am, we didn’t bother complaining! We simply put a towel over the shower head hole & Lysol the beds & slept wrapped up in our blankets we already had & went to sleep! **shoulder shrug**

There was a strong smell when you walk in. And the staff was not very friendly. When asking for pull out couch bedding, I was advised to come down and get it.

Hardly anything. The two ladies at the check-in desk were extremely polite, friendly, and courteous that’s it.
Pretty much everything. This is the most overrated hotel I’ve ever stayed at I have no clue how they could have such high ratings. I’ve seen more amenities in the 70s than what my room had; no microwave, no closet, no electrical outlet or USB ports on the main side of the bed, no shelves in the walk-in shower, no dresser or drawers, the most flimsy and cheap “desk” I’ve ever seen that was on wheels and was super wobbly, with no electrical outlet or USB port.. I know there was one or two other things. I can’t remember, no coffee machine for those who want coffee. And this was all after my check-in experience of the most extraordinarily long wait I’ve ever experienced at a hotel also, but this was no one‘s fault as their system was down. And the ladies behind the counter were very polite and friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t have expected to pay more than 60 or $70 to stay in a room as outdated and un functional as this one. I mean, really, no microwave even? I don’t know how this is even possible. And probably the most annoying part was, since there was no electrical outlet or USB port on the main side of the bed, I had to plug my phone charger and phone in on the opposite side of the room and for some reason, the facility decided to send me a text at 12:15 in the morning, waking me up and causing me to have to get up and walk all the way around the bed to see whether this text was from someone important, only to read them checking in on how I was enjoying my stay. You can’t make this up. This is why I can’t fathom how anyone could rank this place higher than a three or four out of 10.

The beds are always comfy at Comfort Suites 😄. The hotel smells really nice and clean all throughout.
It took the a/c being turned down to about 65 to really be cool. I did notice 2 baby roaches in the bathroom.

Thé decided to stay an extra day ànd had to pay another 50 dollar deposit. Théy did refund it, but we had already played à deposit.
