Pros:

El lugar hermoso, con una buena ubicación, muy céntrico. Las camas cómodas para dormir y amenidades como secadora, jabón y loción de cuerpo. El staff maravilloso, Jose nos ayudó muy amablemente. En general un buen lugar para hospedarse. Lo recomiendo.

Cons:

El desayuno incluido es sumamente sencillo, nada fancy, poquita cantidad. La mesa estaba sucia, pero el lugar vacío, parece que dejaron detalles sin limpiar bien. Nunca pudimos abrir las 2 puertas del balcón, solo una servía. La ducha demasiado incómoda, muy pegada a la pared y poca agua.

Le petit déjeuner c’est une honte les couverts sont sales la serveuse pas agréable cet hôtel n’est absolument pas un 4 étoiles on voulait payer cash notre réservation mais le réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il n’avait pas de monnaie et qu’il fallait voir demain matin avec sa responsable le lendemain la responsable très désagréable nous dit qu’elle a pas de monnaie qu’on doit payer par carte bancaire je rappelle qu’on avait 100$ et qu’on devait payer 80$ donc ils n’ont pas pu nous rembourser 20$ même en monnaie locale!
Ce n’est absolument pas proche de l’aéroport Juan santamaria c’est un mensonge! Je suis absolument déçue

El hotel es muy acogedor, me siento segura y es muy cómodo, me siento como es casa.
