Close to beach
Was given worst room in hotel - ground floor on the side no view - useless tiny balcony above entrance to the garage - each time cars entered the garage I could here the door open and close - as it was so close to the road I Couldn’t open my curtains or inner curtains because of a lack of privacy - I asked but was told there was no other available room - I also asked to extend my stay in another room due the the no fly through Dubai but was told no more rooms so had to move into Sydney for 4 days - not happy at all - even asking staff to book me a taxi took 40 minutes to arrive - the Sebel should not be selling this room 115 at the same cost as the upper rooms with views and large balconies!!!
The room, location and facilities were good
The whole stay was let down by my checkout experience. I was not leaving for the airport until 3.30pm so asked for a late checkout. I was told this was not possible and staff were unable to offer me any alternative in order to take a shower and get ready for my very long journey home to the UK. It was a very hot day and I was reduced to having to shower by the pool and use the toilet facilities to change. These were very hot and dark, so impossible to dry hair or see in a mirror to be able to make up. This experience overshadowed all the good things about the stay.
I was a long time customer of the Sebel for many years but didn’t go the rooms available were so expensive ……………………………………….
Facilities in room were new. Good quality. Location was perfect, right on the beach but not noisy

조식없다는 것과 무엇보다 클리닝 서비스가 없는 것은 매우 크리티컬한 단점이었습니다.
Location was good. Room was nice. Bed was too high for my short legs.
Nothing except daily checks if toilet papers other little thing were needed. I had to asked the staff for another one.

Ich blieb 2 Wochen und hatte ein Zimmer mit nur einer mini Küchenzeile die gar nicht verwendet werden konnte. Man musste quasi das Essen im Bad zubereiten.
