The cost was way over rated for the condition of the hotel and the amenities were not very good. I truly thought for the price and the type of hotel it was that it would be a much better experience.

Rating: 1/5 StarsTerrible phone support and rude staffI called to try and coordinate some entertainment and a special experience for my mother during her overnight stay, but the customer service was completely unacceptable. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and actually hung up the phone on me. When I asked to speak to management to resolve the issue, I was told the managers were already home for the evening. This establishment has no concept of what impeccable service means. It is disappointing that a place promoting a lively atmosphere and non-stop action treats guests and their families with such total disrespect.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned once during my 6 day stay.
Hotel reception informed me that the wasn’t enough staff
It would have been better if they advised that on booking or when I arrived as I could have made an informed decision to continue to stay or not.
