We had an AWESOME TIME

The rooms were very spacious and clean . The staff was very nice and efficient.And the dining area was lovely. And the overall service, I would give a 9.

Fuctional and plenty of hot water for a shower in the morning.

Cons:

Location is a challenge if you do not have a vehicle with you. Our stay was due to a cancelled airline flight so please take that into consideration.

Price was just okay and I may book with z different hotel chain next time.
Pros:

Friendly and informative staff at the front check in counter. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I believe that we were put in a room (431) that wasn't used on a daily basis. I didn't ask my friend the condition for his room (433). Carpet needed to be replaced or cleaned professionally. Tub fixtures were all loose. The dark blackout roller blind was broken upon our arrival to the room. The view out the window of the dumpsters was not very attractive. My friend said that the breakfast was not appealing so we passed on the $18 charge and ate elsewhere. I realize that the hotel was in a remodeling phase but this should have been known on the website before we booked your hotel. I would have made an alternative hotel decision if I had known this before booking your hotel.
