Mediocre. Ugly building beside this hotel. Never saw the hot tub. Terrible issue with ac. Repodted
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was very good. The tables were never wiped however.

Cons:

When we arrived to our room, the ac was cooling. We increased the temp two degrees before leaving for a while. When we returned, the fan was returning warm air. We turned the temp back down and went to bed. The air never cooled. I suffer from asthma and was forced to use my inhaler.

Pros:

The cleanliness, the friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. Food was hot fresh coffee and juice throughout the day. They are pet friendly. They are close to the parks and beach Within 7 min drive. And walking distance to some fast food places.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a busy street. Very hard to get out of at certain times of the day..

We loved it!
Pros:

The laundry and beds were fresh and clean. It smelt nice in the room. I loved that i did not have to get out my own shampoo etc. The hotel provided their own!

Cons:

The pool had a lot of debris in it, but i do understand there is no screen around it.

Pros:

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The towels were large and fluffy. There were two sets of towels per guest. The TV was on and welcomed you by name. The toiletries were upper level. Pool towels were provided by the pool. Restrooms were available at the pool as well. The beds were very comfortable with multiple choice on pillow firmness. The bedding was nice and soft.
