Not consistent,horrible experience

Samantha was very pleasant she was very nice though the check in process

Cons:

Once I got checked in and went to my room no towels was in there so I tried to use the phone to reach out to the front desk did not work so I walked up front my you my room was in the very back of the facility so I went to the front and ask Richard for towels he stated to me that he couldn’t leave the office and if house keeping is gone for the day it was nothing he could do I had to walk around until I found the laundry room and asked for towels to take a bath with this was the first day of me staying there the second day I went out to do shopping and when I came back the house keeper came in and made my bad not cleaning the the floor but the took the towels that was used and did not replace with clean towels so I had to go to the office again for towel take a bath just overall my little mini get away turn out to be not good at all one more thing went to breakfast at 8am nothing was there to eat it was two little girls there with there mother trying to eat it they started to cry because they couldn’t get no cereal because it was no milk felt really bad for the kids shame on this experience never again will I stay at this facility again not clean at all

Cons:

2 days out of 4 no breakfast. The other days there was no juice and no milk for the cereal. The staff did not know where the ice machines were. They only cleaned our room 1 time in four days. The worst motel I have ever been to.

Location and price very good but cleanlyness clearly lacking. a problem room smelled damp
