Cons:

Our room door was opened by other travelers multiple times. Not sure why they were given access to our room. Definitely use the lock on the door.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell and water stains on the floors.The pool was locked up the whole 4 days and no one could tell me why. Smell of marijuana all over the hotel grounds.

The location was the only positive part of an otherwise frustrating and disappointing stay.
Pros:

The only thing I liked about this property was its location. It was conveniently located and close to the places I needed to visit. Unfortunately, aside from the location, my experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service and lack of basic amenities during my stay.

Cons:

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The customer service was poor throughout most of my visit. The hotel was unable to provide basic necessities such as towels and washcloths when needed, which made the stay very inconvenient.

The front desk staff, for the most part, were not helpful and did not seem concerned about resolving guest issues. The only exception was the gentleman who checked us in. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful, and I appreciate the positive impression he made.

Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and failure to provide essential amenities significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay.

Pros:

Stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Jacksonville from June 17 to June 18. Great hotel! Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was filling and had a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
