Overall great location, clean and comfortable. Could do better with the staffing.

I liked the area. It had good restaurants and stores nearby.

Cons:

When I arrived at check-in, the front desk staff was very unprofessional. He insisted he couldn’t process my reservation because it was showing twice in his system and told me to go cancel one of them through Booking.com. Instead of taking a moment to actually review the reservation, he kept repeating himself and created unnecessary stress. Only later did he realize that I had correctly booked two separate rooms, and the reservation was right all along. If he had simply listened, it would have saved us both time and energy.

Not Happy with my last stay!

they upgraded me which was a down grade. there was a puddle of water at the foot of my bed. room 306. i dried the spot, came back hours later…..spot was back wet! i pre paid prior to arriving. they charged me again. luckily i called the next day after seeing charge on my account.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. Laundry on site kitchen in rooms friendly staff plenty of parking, by the highways and plenty of spots to walk to to eat at.
