Komfort plusz apartman. Ez minden volt, csak komfort nem. Nagyon csalódottak vagyunk.
Pros:

Sajnos nem tudok. Talán hogy lift volt az épületben.

Cons:

Tetőtéri szobát kaptunk, mindent lefejeltünk, egyáltalán nem volt élhető, a konyha pult szélére lehetett pakolni, mert egy üdítő nem fért oda. A matrac tönkre volt menve, két párnát raktunk alá, hogy ne guruljak le, de lyukban feküdtem 30 hetes terhesen 6 éjszaka. A fürdőszobai szagelszívó nagyon hangos volt, persze ott is tetőtér volt, a mosogató és a mosdó közvetlenül egymás mellett volt. Egyáltalán nem jó megoldás. A jakuzzit felújították, erről természetesen nem szólt senki. Én írtam első nap, “sajnálják, munkatársaik mindent megtesznek, hogy pihenésünk a lehető legkényelmesebb legyen”. Innentől kezdve reggel 8 óra előttől, délután 5-ig fúrtak, pihenni sem lehetett. Felajánlottàk a kültéri medencét, hozzáteszem 1 fok volt első nap. Aztán talán 7 a legtöbb. Nem éppen fürdésre alkalmas idő. A reggeli már első naptól 5 napon keresztül mindig pontosan ugyan az volt. Nem vagyunk válogatósak, de férjem mindennap müzlit, én pedig virslit tudtam enni. A tojás valami lében úszott mindennap. És pontosan ugyan az volt az összes nap. Nem tudom, aki azt írta változatos reggeli az mit látott, vagy mi volt akkor, de nekünk azért annyi nap alatt ugyanaz. Üdítő választási lehetőség volt a víz és a tea. Semmi gyümölcslé vagy bármi. Emiatt is írtam, majd oda figyelnek, de semmi sem változott. A zsömle egyetlen egy nap sem volt friss. Kopogott olyan száraz volt. Küldtem a családnak. Egyik nap a tej is romlott volt. Szóltunk, azt kicserélték, de a kávé gépben nem, szóval kávét sem tudtunk aznap inni. Férjem 4 kg-t fogyott az ottartózkodás alatt. Egyáltalán nem tetszett. Biztos, hogy nem fogunk visszatérni. Sok helyen voltunk már. Sosem kellett rosszat írni Lengyelországban, de most muszáj. Legalább valami kártérítést ajánlottak volna fel, de semmi…

To tylko drobna uwaga. Warto pamiętać, że na pięknych plakatach zwierząt w pokojach także zbiera się kurz;-)

Pobyt tygodniowy.Czysto, pokój zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami,śniadania wyśmienite, personel przemiły i bardzo pomocny.Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Blisko do przystanku autobusowego i stoku narciarskiego. Blisko termy Bania samochodem 5 minut spacerem około 40 minut, trochę dalej termy Bukowina Tatrzańska 10 minut samochodem. Sklep i restauracje około 15 minut spacerem.

Cons:

W ofercie jacuzzi i sauna - niestety o tym że będą remontowane akurat w trakcie naszego pobytu nie było informacji a był to jeden z powodów rezerwacji tego obiektu. Za to mały minus.

Wszystko było cudownie! Hotel jest bardzo czysty i przytulny. Na zewnątrz znajduje się świetny plac zabaw dla dzieci, a w jadalni jest kącik zabaw, co było dla nas ogromnym udogodnieniem. Śniadania były przepyszne i bardzo ładnie podane. Szczególne podziękowania dla pań z kuchni – są niezwykle miłe i pomocne. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!
