nous étions en all inclusive et avons trouvé que le buffet ne variait pas beaucoup

Ich habe in der Gesamtschau nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Principalmente nos llevamos una desilusión con la comida, muy repetitiva y con poca variedad para ser un 4 estrellas. Siempre dan a elegir ensalada con 2 cosas para ponerte y menestra de verduras. En una ocasión pusieron nuggets y un día una cena mexicana. Además, el personal más nuevo como Elena, se veía bastante desmotivado, ya que les preguntabas cosas y ya la cara de primeras no era de un trato agradable. Además, no entienden mucho español ya que TODO está enfocado a Alemanes, incluso los carteles de comida del buffet. Para las chicas de recepción ver españoles también debe ser algo inusual puesto que solo nos encontramos con 1 que sabía hablar nuestro idioma, sino nos decían que hablásemos inglés… En cuanto a la habitación, era pequeña pero funcional. La nevera perdía agua y cuando llegamos el desagüe de la pica estaba embozado aunque cuando lo notificamos lo arreglaron. Los horarios de comidas son una vez más, enfocado a alemanes e ingleses ya que tanto la comida como la cena acaba en horarios en los que españoles empezamos a comer. Esto dificulta el ir a hacer actividades fuera del hotel, por lo que si no piensas pasar todo el día allí, recomiendo no contratar el todo incluido. Además, las bebidas incluidas solo entran hasta las 11 de la noche, después te cobran. El hotel está a 1h 15 del centro de Palma por lo que si o si se necesita coche para llegar.

No encontramos el pinpong y los dardos. El snack bar muy limitado, solo croquetas, pastas de té, patatas fritas y ganchitos

Die Abendsunterhaltung findet nur 2 mal in der Woche und nur sehr kurz.
In dem Hotelbar wird die Musik selten und nur bis 22:00 gespielt oder nur auf ausdrückliche Bitte ein wenig länger. Morgens ist der Garteneingang zu, so das man keine Möglichkeiten hat, die Strandschuhe sauber zu machen. In meinem Zimmer konnte man die Balkontür nicht abschließen und das Sejf hat nicht funktioniert.
Die Belegung der Zimmer ist nicht ordentlich dokumentiert, so dass der Nachtsrezeptioniest im Zimmer erscheint

Leider werde ich das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.

It is minor thing , we are non alcoholic persons , so we had really limited options to drink at the bar !

Dining room was not spacious enough

Small rooms, had to get put in a room with no balcony for the first night. Poor quality of food. Interior was outdated

There is no way this hotel is 4 star. The bed didn’t seem like a double at all and the pillows were paper thin which made for a really uncomfortable few nights of sleep.
The aircon in the room leaked through the ceiling through the night.
The fridge in the room was not cold and there was no way to turn it down.
We arrived at 2am and there was no one on reception despite the hotel advising a 24 hour reception. We had to open doors that had ‘staff only’ signs on to get someone’s attention to check in.
We weren’t allowed to fill our water bottles up at the water machine on check in - the only option was to pay 3 euro for bottled water out of the vending machine.
When we arrived in the room we found that the hand soap was empty and the towels were worn out.
The food in the buffet was totally bland, either dangerously undercooked or horribly overcooked and often incorrectly labelled. For example, there were fish croquettes labelled as chicken nuggets.
Ended up eating out on the 4th night due to the buffet food being so bad.

Our room was economy and better to choose other one I think.

The bathrooms were a bit dated, they could be updating. Some of the food on certain nights wasn’t the best, but there was enough variety to enjoy something each night

No cocktails or alcohol free beer in all inclusive.
Poor variety of deserts.
Took 3 days to get room floor swept which was dirty on arrival. And 3 days to unblock mens urinals.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 star. Everything run on a very low budget. Not good value for money.

Little bit of disrepair with stair handrails. Breakfast not the best cooked selection and the fried eggs weren't cooked thoroughly enough with uncooked white on top of the yoke. The Glasses were dirty every day especially breakfast. Although I payed for all inclusive, I only had breakfast there 3 times in a week and didn't eat any other meals in the hotel. The air conditioning did not work in my room and the fridge wasn't the best for keeping anything cool.

Coffee in the restaurant was not good. They should skip the fancy coffee machines (that was based on instand coffee) and just make plain old filter coffee instead. Many people were compaining about coffee.

The only good coffee machine was in the bar.

They should buy 20 more sunbeads. Then there would be enough for everybody. Now people put towels on the sunbeds at 6.00 am to be sure to get a sunbead.
