For early arrivals before 15:00, an extra EUR 10 fee applies.

For nonrefundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorized.

For stays of more than 2 nights, an express cleaning is performed, without change of sheets and towels, and end of stay cleaning is included.

For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as the end of stay cleaning.

For reservations of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply.

Bachelor parties and other such parties are not permitted in this establishment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Un bon rapport qualité prix, localisation pratique et excellent accueil
Pros:

propreté, fonctionnalité, gentillesse de l'accueil (le matin et le soir...) le plateau de courtoisie, chaleur réglable qui fonctionnait vraiment...

Cons:

les roulettes du lit , trop déportées, et dans lesquelles étant donné le petit espace, je me suis cognée je ne sais combien de fois en contournant !
Et il manquait une - au moins une - petite cuillère alors qu'il y a un astucieux coin cuisine .....mais aucun ustensile de base !

Un séjour professionnel agréable, un format de logement proche d'un appartement de particulier.
Pros:

Simple d'accès depuis la gare, le service est efficace. Pas de perte de temps ou d'informations inutiles. Tout se fait en quasi autonomie, ce qui offre beaucoup de liberté.
