Great and we will go back again
Pros:

We were nervous yet super excited when the bellboy offered to take us up to our room by the historical elevator. It was an experience of a lifetime using the second oldest elevator of Europe.
The view at the balcony was quite lovely. Seeing the sea and the surroundings while sipping on a cup of good coffee in the comfort of the room. The staff were very helpful and informative. The souvenirs that were available for purchase were nice and affordable. The exhibit in the basement was good. Every floor had little exhibit old items that was interesting to see. We saw the Atatürk room which was nice. The hotel is close to many nice attractions.

Cons:

The water drainage at the shower was quite rough for the feet after a few minutes and the bathroom floor had discoloured areas, they need to be renewed.

Perfect hotel to relive the golden era of travel in comfort. You will not regret your stay!
Pros:

This hotel is living history where with many famous guests and heads of state graced this hotel's rooms in the 20th century. Hotel has been modernized to a wonderful standard without losing any of its former grace and charm. Our room was large, quiet, and exceedingly comfortable with wonderful views.

Cons:

We loved our stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of.... especially the waitstaff at breakfast. My only very minor complaint is that the hotel Wi-Fi was intermittent and slow.

Gorgeous restored, historical hotel. The staff was very kind and concierge was beyond helpful, even walking us to our dinner reservation the night that Beyoğlu had streets closed off and guarded because of the parade. It wasn’t necessary but he wanted to be sure we were comfortable

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with so much history attached to it. Was very comfortable and our children(teenagers)loved it too. The staff, Kemal &Tekin were very kind and helpful. The restaurant outside had a wonderful ambience and served great quality food. Would stay there again because it is in a great location and you can access all the important sights and restaurants . Loved the beautiful classic piano music drifting through the hotel.

Cons:

If you'd like to step back in time in terms of opulence and grandeur in this beautifully maintained historical building then Pera Palace is for you.
