Luksusowy obiekt z piękną hostorią. Nowoczesne udogodnienia pięknie wkomponowane w historyczny budynek. Dobry bar, smaczne śniadania, restauracja wyśmienita. Niezwykłą ofertą popołudniowej herbatki.

Отель сам по себе неплохой.

Cons:

При полностью заранее оплаченных номерах, отель не заселяет без списания депозита.
С меня списали депозит за два номерf в размере 1000 евро - 50 000 лир. По выезду отель депозит не вернул и видимо не собирался возвращать, поскольку не отвечал и не реагировал на наши письма, если бы мы не обратились в службу поддержки Booking. Благодарим службу поддержки Booking за содействие в возврате депозита. Депозит вернули спустя 13 дней и после наших многочисленных писем и звонков сотрудников Booking.

Pros:

Этот отель имеет историю. Про него есть турецкий сериал. Остановиться в нем не столько для отдыха, сколько для нового опыта. Мы прокатились на первом в Стамбуле и втором в Европе (после Эйфелевой башни) лифте. Потрясающие интерьеры. Если бы стены этого отеля могли говорить...

Cons:

От бассейна не нужно ожидать многого, он просто есть формально и небольшой. Зато можно погреться в сауне в холодное время года.

Pros:

We visited Agata Restaurant for lunch, and it was a wonderful experience.
The dishes were excellent, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
My compliments to the chef for both taste and creativity.
I highly recommend this restaurant and would be happy to return.

Fabuleux.
Pros:

Le Pera Palace est un endroit chargé d'histoire. On a l'impression d'être transporté à l'époque d'Agatha Christie et de l'Orient Express.

Feliz estancia en Estambul , y en el Pera Palace
Pros:

Ubicación buena, cerca de la torre Gálata, y la calle comercial, a 3 minutos andando del Hotel, una calle con muchos restaurantes .
El desayuno fantástico, con muy buenos productos
La habitación, muy clásica, con muebles muy antiguos, muy rancia, el colchón muy cómodo . Ya se sabe que el Pera es así.
El servicio es estupendo, atentos a todo, vale la pena tener esta experiencia , y pasar aunque sea 1 noche ,en el Pera Palace

High Tea in the Orient Room
Pros:

We had a wonderful afternoon tea in the Pera Palace Orient Room. A surprise visit to the mini museum of Attaturk’s former living quarters was included. Ozan was very knowledgeable and when he introduced us to Esma our visit became a valuable history lesson. We very much appreciate the personal tour and explanations given by the both of them.

Ohhh, what an experience!
Concierge desk Orcun and service staff of the tea house Emir Ali you, guys, made our day!
It was our friend's birthday and they helped us with all arrangements, truly showed the real Pera Palace hospitality.
In such a meaningful building, we had goosebumps as they made us to feel the history and the "well known" service quality.

Perfect Stay at the Pera Palace
Pros:

We stayed at the Pera Palace in January of 2025 and had a wonderful experience. We had stayed previously several years earlier and enjoyed that stay as well. We were shocked to be able to ride the historic elevator, the oldest in Europe. Thanks so much to Esma Hanim for letting us have such a unique experience. The afternoon tea service was as extraordinary as we remembered it to be. We also toured the Kemal Ataturk living quarters museum located in the hotel. The room was huge and beautifully appointed. All of the staff, especially Tekin Erdal, were very accommodating. We highly recommend this historic treasure to anyone staying in Istanbul.
