Stayed here years ago and loved returning, more beautiful than ever after remodeling, good service.
Pros:

Charming older hotel. Close to Istlilkal street and not too far from old city attractions. Good breakfast with loads of options. Especially like the cooked to order eggs, especially the Turkish scrambled eggs, and the cherry juice.

Cons:

The bathroom tub/shower was difficult to navigate. Hard to use the sprayer and to get in and out of tub. Room comfort level not quite 5 stars, more like 4 stars.

Très bien placé dans Istanbul moderne mais le quartier moderne n’a pas le charme de la vieille ville

La vue superbe depuis le balcon de notre chambre au 6 eme étage , très bonne literie
Personnel très sympathique à part un manager un peu grincheux au tea room

Cons:

Salle de bains/ toilettes minuscule ( baignoire de même et de plus assez difficile d’y entrer et sortir, quant à l’aération de cette pièce , nous nous sommes demandé s’il y en avait
Par ailleurs il a fallu se rendre au lobby chaque matin pour réinitialiser la carte - clef de notre chambre

Pros:

Le lieu mythique, la chambre surclassée et les petites attentions, le petit déjeuner fabuleux.

Cons:

Il est dommage que l’eau de la piscine ne soit pas plus chaude et petit bémol pour le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas.
