Classic hotel where you can feel the history and nostalgia. Very helpful and attentive staff.
Pros:

Loved the history and the feel of this classic hotel. The staff was wonderful. We had an amazing corner room looking over the Golden Horn.

Cons:

I was underwhelmed by the breakfast. Wasn’t bad, just wasn’t great. Otherwise we loved everything about our stay.

酒店位置非常好，酒店也非常有氛围，有历史的沉淀感，房间设施维护的还是很好的。员工也十分礼貌。另外早餐非常有特色，品种丰富也很好吃。

Cons:

在客人入住较多时，管理和交接有些不顺畅，我们的行李送到房间delay了几个小时，导致我们不得不冒着寒风和雨外出，瑟瑟发抖。

On cherche le prestige avec cet hotel et incontestablement on l'a. Le bar est suranné, et on l'adore pour cela.

Cons:

Один из самых интересных и атмосферных отелей Стамбула!
Pros:

Историей дышит на каждом этаже. Очень атмосферно! Рядом Истикляль и Галатская башня. Очень любезные сотрудники! Красиво невероятно, старинный лифт.

Cons:

Хотелось бы, что бы бассейн был немного теплее. Ну это если придираться! 😂 Всё здорово, на самом деле.

Das Ambiente des Hotels ist top, der Concierge war super und hat uns bei der Planung unserer Ausflüge sehr geholfen

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Pera Seite im 1. Stock, vor dem Hotel ist ein Taxisammelplatz, bis 02:00 nachts wurde laufend gehupt, schlafen war trotz geschlossenem Fenster nur schwer möglich, Samstags fand eine Hochzeit statt mit entsprechender Lautstärke in der Nacht, im Pool keine Handtücher, keine Seife in den Duschbereichen, Preise in der Bar selbst im Vergleich zu Münchener TOP Hotels sehr hoch, Zimmerpreise variieren bei Buchung von Tag zu Tag und von zu Portal zu Portal für die gleiche Kategorie um bis zu 30 %, TIP Buchen mit Stornomöglichkeit, immer wieder reinschauen nach besserem Preis suchen, Zimmer etwas abgewohnt, Schlauch der Handfusche defekt, Tee, Zucker für Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine teilweise nicht aufgefüllt
