Unfortunately, the rooms are very small, and the bathrooms are also noticeably cramped.

The shower area is extremely uncomfortable, consisting of a small, unstable bathtub with very poor drainage, making showering an unpleasant experience. Additionally, there is a glass partition between the bathroom and the bedroom, offering almost no privacy when sharing the room with someone else.

Acredito que é desnecessário cobrar do cliente um valor alto no cartão de crédito como reserva para caso consuma algo a parte, pois deixa o hóspede um pouco desconfortável sem saber se gastou algo adicional “acidentalmente”. Acho que é preferível dar notas para o hóspede assinar ao longo da estadia se fizer algum gasto adicional do que cobrar antecipadamente. Mas de qualquer forma o valor foi estornado ao final da estadia, então ok. Mas para hóspedes que prefiram não usar o cartão de crédito no exterior, é um pouco desnecessário.

Мы третий раз здесь и за эти годы, конечно, заметный регресс и обветшание... Безусловно, это не отель уже, а музей. Великолепная локация и история. Наверное, на этом всё. Сильно "уставший" отель, шумно, звукоизоляции нет, толпы и очереди в лифт, больше всего поразил фен, судя по всему, ровесник отеля... ПРоблемы с вентиляцией и сливами в ванной. На завтраке персонал очень старается, но физически не успевает обслужить гостей. Одного местоположения не достаточно...
