I liked the availability of a 2 room suite.
The beds. So hard we had to go get a foam mattress topper just to be able to sleep the second night. The primary porpoise in getting a room is a place to sleep and they screwed it up. Additionally there was a planned power outage the third day, they knew about it ahead of time but failed to make preparations. Had to shower by phone flashlight. If it was unplanned that is one thing but when you know days ahead of time, rent a commercial generator and provide the services your customers paid for.
Conveniently located to the highway and the road to Paradise. So nice toto stay in a large room with space to spread out. The front desk staff is personable and friendly. Very comfortable place. veryhave a room Wirth

We stayed for 2 days. The facilites are nice.
When we walked into our room everything looks clean. The sofa bed wasn’t ready and we didn’t have the sheets. The mattress looked old and stained.
On the following day, we went to have breakfast with the family. Around 12:35 pm we came back to our room and surprisingly the room was not clean, neither the bed and the sofa bed were done. Everything looked lithe same when we left the room to have breakfast with the family.
I went downstairs to talk to the person at the reception and I asked him why the room wasn’t clean, he respond that he didn’t know. I asked him politely to send house keeping and he said that they were gone for the day. He didn’t offer any answer nor options to my problem.
Very disappointing. Stay away from that hotel. Very poor service
I liked how quick they responded to sn issue. The property could have repaired things better. Replacing things rather than gluing. Both times have stayed, bathrooms were less than average.

Nice and quiet
All staff from the phone call I made ahead to the ones we encountered while there where so nice. The hotel was clean, roomy & comfy! The only downfall was road noise, but that absolutlely wouldn't stop me from staying here again!

Room was good but the breakfast experience was awful. The buffet did not have the usual number of different selections I am used to at Residence Inns, particularly missing was fresh oatmeal and cut fresh fruit. There seemed to be very little attention being given by staff to refreshing the depleted buffet items. Very disappointing for the money they charged me. Front desk seemed disinterested by my concerns which was the icing on the cake.
Coffee pot was corroded, sofa bed was torn and broken down, tub was unclean, pots and pans were filthy and one had food in it.
