La chambre est spacieuse avec un espace bureau en plus d'un espace table à manger ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. La literie était excellente. Aucun soucis de nuisance sonore pour moi en étant au 4ème étage avec la fenêtre donnant côté piscine.
Il a fallu un peu de temps pour réussir à faire fonctionner la télévision, pour laquelle il semblait y avoir un faux contact au niveau de la prise de courant. De plus la télé n'arrivait pas à se connecter au wifi malgré que l'option soit proposée à l'écran, donc nous n'avons pas eu accès aux plateformes de streaming. Ceci étant de l'ordre du détail, ça ne change rien à la qualité de notre séjour.

The property is well-situated to a nearby metro station, as well as being within walking and cycling distance from the centre of Toulouse. The apartment itself is also well-equipped and offers the necessary amenities to cook and clean for yourself, whilst also being within walkable distance from a supermarket, although you have to bear in mind the opening and closing times of this. We also had no issues with cleanliness of the property.
The apartment itself was incredibly small - particularly the bathroom. Even for two people, it felt somewhat cramped, but it was to be expected bearing in mind the competitive pricing. The room was also incredibly warm, as it tended to face the sunnier side of the building. Whilst there was air conditioning, it didn’t seem to be working properly, nor was it effective in reaching a cool enough temperature to make a noticeable difference. Equally, the challenge faced when leaving windows open, is that our side of the building faced a very busy road, which could be noisy across differing points in the day, making it harder to sleep and relax at times. Moreover, our initial experience with the reception staff was somewhat poor. As an LGBT couple, we were made to feel somewhat uncomfortable by our interaction with the receptionist, who seemed visibly confused and surprised by our request to have a double bed, rather than two singles, before he seemingly found this amusing. That said, the second receptionist we interacted with was perfectly pleasant, as were any other staff or guests we encountered - it just didn’t set the trip off on a good tone.
La climatisation est nul, elle ne fonctionne pas, on demande 20°C car elle ne peut pas descendre plus mais il faisait 26°C dans la chambre, je n'imagines pas en pleine canicule la chaleur qu'il doit faire, de plus la réceptionniste dit n'avoir aucune solution et se trouvant très désagréable elle ne propose aucun geste commercial, chambre payer 105€ pour avoir chaud c'est pas la peine.
Para um fim de semana grande, foi muito bom. Tem a saída de metro Jolimont na parte de trás do hotel a 3 paragens do centro.
Tem todas as comodidades necessárias de um Aparthotel.
Oferecem bebidas quentes, então era fantástico ter sempre café disponível.
O AC não dava muito frio e apanhei temperaturas acima dos 32 graus, embora tenha conseguido dormir, o quarto tinha uma temperatura quente demais.
Faltam cabides à entrada do quarto.
Very high standard of hygiene with well equipped and spotless rooms and staff very accommodating giving a lots of tips about local transport queries and supermarket locations . One such member of staff Rebecca who was extremely helpful,is a credit to your company . I also liked the fact that the metro station is only a one minute walk and a new large Carriefore supermarket is a 7-10 minute walk. I will certainly return in the near future . Their pricing is very competitive this being my third visit in 4 years to this aparthotel.
I could not find anything negative at all about this property and I can highly recommend it.

Great location, lovely staff.
The pictures of the pool are deceiving, there is no sun loungers to lie on. We booked mainly to use the pool so were disappointed we were unable to sit by it. The shower in the rooms was broken, room severely out dated.
