The hotel was in general nice. The location is excellent - despite it being a bit apart from the centre, it's in a modern, clean and green area, with nice supermarkets nearby and a metro station just beside the hotel. To add, there are an Observatory and lovely Viola shop in a close proximity to the hotel.

Drinking water available on the ground floor for free.

My room was spacious enough, with a microwave, a hob, a fridge and lots of kitchen utensils. Very convenient for me.

Cons:

The temperature of the room could not be regulated, though there is a device for that in the room. The temperature is pre-installed, and it was really cold for me - it was cold outside, and inside the temperature didn't go above 20.5 Celsius, even though it seemed that it was pre-installed to 22. The receptionist promised to sort it several times and to increase the temperature in the room, but nothing was done. I believe the heating was completely off, and it's ridiculous.

Breakfast was quite good, but I would prefer some vegetables added.

They do not clean the room, nor change bedding if you stay less than 8 days. The price I paid for the hotel was reasonable, so it was ok.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, juste à côté du métro Jolimont.
Lit très confortable, équipement de base de la kitchenette satisfaisant.
Nombreuses prises de courant dans la chambre.
Amabilité et professionnalisme du personnel.

Cons:

Une tablette ou une table de chevet serait appréciable.
Le parking à côté de l'hôtel est public, ce qui ne garantit pas d'y trouver une place (proximité du métro ou les inconvénients des avantages...)

Le cadre, le personnel, la propreté, la disponibilité...

Cons:

Les toilettes de ma chambre avec une odeur d'urine incrustée. Il faut retirer l'abattant et le nettoyer. Hormis cela, la salle de bain ( douche et toilettes) est très bien et propre.

Located in a uphill, so need an effort to move. It s in the other side of the city.

Tranquilo y mejor ubicado de lo que parece
Pros:

- Admiten mascotas, y el suplemento (6€/noche) es el que ya conocíamos en otros Adagio de Europa. Muy razonable.
- En 20 minutos de paseo llegas al centro. Si no te gusta caminar, hay una estación de Metro justo al lado.
- Es un barrio muy tranquilo y con un Carrefour recién abierto a 5 minutos andando.
- Cocina perfectamente equipada, no hemos echado nada de menos.
- La simpatía de la chica y el chico que nos atendieron en el check-in y check-out.

Cons:

- Llegamos en día laborable y fue complicado aparcar gratis. Pese a ser un barrio tranquilo, se ve que vive mucha gente por la cantidad de coches estacionados. Sí que hay posibilidad de aparcar cerca de pago, pero quizá interese contratar parking con el Hotel (nosotros no lo hicimos y creo que existía la opción). En los días no laborables sí que se veían más huecos para aparcar, y en festivos no es necesario pagar.

Estancia en Toulouse
Pros:

La relación calidad precio es más que razonable. Muy bien ubicado y con la estación de metro a '30 segundos. Hay dos aparcamientos públicos y gratuitos a ambos lados de la calle. La habitación muy cómoda especialmente la cama. Es perfecta. La cocina muy bien equipada (era lo que buscábamos) sartén, cazo , cubiertos, platos, vasos, tazas, cuencos....la cafetera es de cápsulas. También hay un hervidor.
Los fogones funcionan correctamente.
El baño con lo necesario (no necesitaba más) agua caliente siempre. Estuvimos en un estudio en la planta baja. Habitación 14. No se escuchaban los coches.

Cons:

En nuestra habitación, planta baja número 14 se escucha continuamente una puerta dando golpes por arriba. Puede que fuera de algún acceso a algún cuarto. Era desagradable. Sería perfecto que lo revisaran para evitar molestias al huésped

Hôtel bien localisé à 2 pas du métro
Pros:

L' hôtel était situé à 2 pas du métro Jolimont et à 3 stations de métro de la place du Capitole. Réception ouverte 24h/sur 24h. Le studio était équipé avec le nécessaire pour la kitchenette et le lit était confortable.

Cons:

Il y a eu un réel problème de chauffage. Durant mon séjour il faisait très froid à Toulouse de 3 à 6 degrés avec un vent glacial. J'ai été me plaindre à la réception, on m'a montré comment augmenter la température dans la chambre mais ça ne marchait pas, il faisait 18 degrés dans le studio. On m' a changé de studio pour un studio plus petit et le même problème de chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas. Finalement on m'a indiqué à la réception la veille de mon départ qu'un technicien devait passer pour régler le chauffage. A mon départ le problème n'était toujours pas résolu. Au niveau du 2ème petit studio, pas beaucoup de place pour laisser sa valise, une grosse table en bois carrée qui prend toute la place et au niveau du rideau de douche il doit être changé, tout jaune au fond du rideau. Pour 2 personnes il manque des crochets dans la salle de bain pour les linges.
