Pros:

Luxurious, comfortable, convenient with excellent location
Pros:

The hotel was exceptional, it was luxurious and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also brilliant as it was a comfortable 20 minute walk to monuments in the centre , and was close to the train station which was convenient for our trip to Santa Margherita. We found there was no noise from the street and we slept very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return in the future.

Would definitely stay here if ever in Genoa again. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The hotel has a great feel to it. Loved the old elevator.
Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and shower had great pressure.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location. Just a short walk from Genova Brignole station. Everything was within walking distance.

Me encantó el desayuno, muy completo.
El servicio de limpieza es bueno como también el servicio del desayuno.

Cons:

Creo que podrían brindar el servicio de desayuno como algo adicional y no cobrarlo aparte.
Tampoco fue de mi agrado que en el lugar del comedor haya animales y menos que se sienten en una silla con la trompa sobre la mesa.
