Jeg hadde ikke bodd her igjen. Det er dumt fordi personalet er kjempekjekke og hyggelige, men det var somsagt svært lytt
Pros:

-Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme personale
-God beliggenhet, nær strand, shoppingsenter og flyplass
-Dem har basseng
-God utsikt
-Veldig god hotellfrokost
-Rommet var fint og med god plass

Cons:

-Jeg hadde rom i 4.etasje, hvis du lar en tom brusboks stå på nattbordet over natten så kommer det masse maur.
-Det var sølvkre på rommet mitt, jeg fikk nytt rom men endte med å være sølvkre der også.
-Flere av solsengene var ødelagte/veldig slitt
-Det var noen ganger avføring på dosetet på fellesdoen ved bassenget.
-Det var sopp i kjøleskapet på det første rommet jeg hadde.
-Det er SVÆRT lytt, ble vekket et par ganger før kl 08 på grunn av vaskepersonell som styrer på i gangen.

Osoblje je super i cisto je.

Cons:

Zastarjeli uređaji za klimu i izolacija vrata i zidova je uzasna. Sve se cuje iz hodnika i susjednih soba. Uticnice iz 80-tih. Cijeli hotel je zastario. Kreveti jako neudobni. Treba malo uloziti u interijer soba i cijelog hotela.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is excellent — the beach is very close, and we had a lovely sea view from our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Iryna, who helped us with the meal options.

We had breakfast and two dinners at the hotel. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

We also really appreciated the complimentary shower and cloakroom. We checked out at 11 a.m., left our luggage, went to the seaside, and came back later for a shower and dinner before heading to the airport. Since we had a very late flight, this was incredibly convenient.

There is also an option to extend your stay until later in the day for €35, subject to availability. If it’s not available, the cloakroom and shower are still a great option.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about — we were very happy with our stay!

Ingenting! Dårlig staff, vi hadde veggedyr i rommet og måtte sove i lobbyen. Fikk beskjed om at vi skulle få refundert for de nettene men det skjedde aldri fordi booking ikke prøvde å hjelpe eller forstå vår situasjon heller.

¡Un hotel maravilloso, un personal excelente y una estancia inolvidable!

Estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia en el hotel. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y la atención de todo el personal, y en particular la de Evgeniy.

Nuestro vuelo sufrió un retraso muy largo y, debido a las malas condiciones meteorológicas, primero aterrizamos en Ibiza y después pudimos llegar a Mallorca. Durante todo ese tiempo estuve muy preocupada por si finalmente podríamos llegar al hotel y hacer el check-in. Estuve constantemente en contacto con Evgeniy, quien estuvo siempre disponible, nos tranquilizó y respondió a todos nuestros mensajes.

Cuando finalmente llegamos al hotel, Evgeniy nos recibió de una manera muy cálida y agradable. Nos explicó todo, nos ayudó con nuestras preguntas y fue extremadamente atento y amable. Durante toda nuestra estancia estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y nos ayudó con cualquier situación que surgiera. ¡Le estamos enormemente agradecidos por su atención y por su excelente trato hacia los huéspedes!

También quiero agradecer de todo corazón al personal de cocina por los maravillosos desayunos. Los desayunos fueron increíblemente deliciosos, frescos y muy variados. Cada mañana nos sorprendía la gran variedad de platos y productos para todos los gustos. Todo era de muy buena calidad, fresco y muy apetecible. Un agradecimiento especial al equipo de cocina por hacer que cada mañana en el hotel comenzara de una manera tan agradable y deliciosa.

La habitación también nos gustó mucho. La cama era muy cómoda y dormimos realmente bien. Fue muy agradable y confortable.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente: el mar está a solo unos tres minutos a pie. Cerca hay bares, restaurantes, tiendas, pequeños supermercados y paradas de autobús. El mar es precioso: cálido, transparente y limpio.

También nos gustó mucho que por las mañanas se limpia la zona de la playa y las calles, por lo que todo está muy limpio desde primera hora.

Cons:

El único pequeño
inconveniente fue que durante los cuatro días de nuestra estancia no se realizó una limpieza completa de la habitación. Sin embargo, las toallas se cambiaban regularmente y la basura se retiraba, por lo que no supuso un problema importante para nosotros.

Della struttura mi è piaciuto il personale molto accogliente è molto vicino alla spiaggia di Playa De Palma

Cons:

L’unico problema che abbiamo avuto era un nido di api fuori al balcone della nostra camera che ci impediva di aprire la finestra e stare sempre con l’aria condizionata accesa, e tende chiuse perché queste api entravano all’interno anche se la finestra era chiusa abbiamo fatto presente al personale hanno provveduto subito, ma ovviamente le api non andavano via, nonostante che la fessura era chiusa, perché all’interno c’erano altre api, ovviamente morte e noi per paura che potevamo avere qualche morso d’ape eravamo costretti a dormire con aria condizionata e lenzuola per non farci dare dei morsi. Vi allego le foto in allegato che sono delle api a terra alla finestra del nostro balcone questo è l’unico imprevisto che ci ha arreso un po’ le notti insonne, per paura di essere morsi
