Overall very nice, just a few bits to do in the bathroom. Maintenance/decor
Pros:

Very local to my friend who lives in Can Pastilla (have to use hotel due to children, so no room)

Cons:

Bathroom dated and shabby, door handle faulty so came off if pulled. That is only issues.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good, a lot of fresh fruits and sweets. If u come at night like we did with my sister, it wouldn’t be a big problem. I really like the man on reception, he was kind and help us.

Cons:

The smell in a room really bad, it comes from toilet. If u want some fresh air be ready for a lot of mosquitoes, but if u close the balcony and put AC, the room will smell really bad. And the most important, the WiFi wasn’t working really good, u need to sit near with a door(maybe it depends in which room you are). Also the swimming pool was okay, but the sunbeds were lowered due to weight and old age, so you couldn't sunbathe evenly, but I don’t think this is a big problem for people who come to see Palma, and want just stay for a night there

Bra hotell med pool, nära till havet
Pros:

Att de fanns en kyl på rummen, fräsch pool. Nära till havet.

Cons:

Att de var små bad handdukar, fanns inget välkomnade i rummet. Ingen tekokare . Obekväma kuddar.

Struttura pessima ma il personale merita assolutamente i mie complimenti perché, lo staff è FANTASTICO!
Pros:

La gentilezza, disponibilità e amabilità del personale( tutti davvero meravigliosi), vorrei precisare che la signora Lolli è stata eccezionale.

Cons:

La mi stanza non era adatta.
Qualità prezzo assolutamente no.
Non capisco se fosse una delle peggiori stanze o la peggiore, realmente non la ritengo nemmeno a norma.
(Ho fatto dei video per tutelarmi ovviamente non li mostrerò qui però sicuramente ci sono MOLTE mancanze).

la cama comoda y grande, y la limpieza del lugar muy buena.

Cons:

la atención en recepción a la hora de hacer el cheeckin un poco lenta, las duchas no eran buenas, se salía el agua y se mojaba todo el baño.
