Gute Ausgangslage für spontanes Sightseeing, allerdings mittels eigener Recherchen im Vorfeld.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und sehr gut!
Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß; Kleiderschrank gab es leider keinen, aber wir haben das auslangen gefunden. Hervorzuheben ist allerdings dass meist freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal bzw. Zimmerservice und dass das verfügbare Zimmer sehr sauber war.
Die Lage war hinsichtlich der Sehenswürdigkeiten und bezüglich des kulinarischen Angebots sehr gut. Die Umgebung war teilweise gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da gab es etwas weiter weg schon nettere Regionen, aber sicher auch sehr abgewohnte und nicht so vertrauenserweckende Gegenden.

Cons:

IZm frühen Ausflügen sollte das Frühstücksangebot überdacht werden, u. A. ein entsprechendes Lunchpaket verfügbar gestellt werden.
Es sollte etwas mehr Infos und Services für Touristen und Gäste geben. Auch in den Zimmern sollten diverse Infos aufliegen, welche entsprechende Auskünfte liefern.

Heureusement nous avons été surclassé par la réception, sinon nous quittons les lieux, notre chambre réservée était d'une tristesse accablante. Celle proposée par l'hôtel en remplacement était top, et nous n'avons pas payé de supplément. Anthonino le maître d'hôtel a été extraordinaire et très professionnel, grâce a lui, nous avons été servi à table comme dans un grand restaurant. Il était d'une efficacité hors du commun.
Merci à lui et reste du personnel.

Cons:

L'emplacement est face à la mer et proche du centre, mais le bruit des bateau qui chargent des camions jours et nuits et la pollution reste un point très négatif.

Goede locatie en prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Locatie tegenover de veerboot (uit Napels) en op loopafstand van centrum Palermo. Kamer met fantastisch uitzicht op de veerboten en cruise schepen. Ontbijt buffet met meer dan voldoende keus. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend. Vroege aankomst 8am maar we konden al om 11am op de kamer! Dank.

Pros:

Wir würden sehr nett begrüßt. Das Zimmer im 6. Stock hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Ausblick. Wir konnten unser Auto direkt vor dem Hotel parken, ansonsten gäbe es dahinter noch einen Kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz.
Das Frühstück wird in der 7. Etage eingenommen. Die Auswahl war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Tische hatten zwar Blumen, waren ansonsten aber spartanisch. Das kam dem Rest des Ambientes nicht nahe.
