Top Stadthotel mit Ausblick

Top Lage um Palermo zu erkunden, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer, perfekter Parkplatz, zu Fuß ca 25 min ins Zentrum, toller Blick vom Frühstücksraum und ein sehr gutes Frühstück

Gute Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden, besonders wenn man mit der Autofähre ankommt bzw. abfährt.
Pros:

Wir waren vier Nächte in diesem Hotel, in einem Zimmer in der 6. Etage, mit Balkon und Blick auf den Fährhafen. Das neu renovierte Zimmer war toll, durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wegen der viel befahrenen Strasse vor dem Haus war schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Aber dank der super gut wirkenden Klimaanlage und der gut schallisolierten Fenster haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, wozu auch die gut Matratze und die ebenso guten Kopkissen beitragen!
Das reichhaltige Frühstück gab's in der 7. Etage, mit herrlicher Aussicht auf den Hafen.
Zum Personal: Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen, uns wurde dabei geholfen, den sicheren, bewachten Parkplatz, gegenüber dem weniger gesicherten Hotelparkplatz, anzumieten (übrigens nicht teurer als der Hotelparkplatz). Ein junger Mann von der Rezeption ging extra mit uns dorthin, um bei Sprachproblemen zu übersetzen. Großartig! Auch die Zimmerreinigung war tadellos.

passé une bonne nuit au calme avant de commencer notre voyage a été trés appréciable
Pros:

Bon emplacement juste en face du port pour une arrivée tardive, c'est bien on a pas besoins de tourner dans toute la ville de nuit. L'hotêl dispose également d'un parking ou on a pu laissé la voiture le lendemain matin pour aller faire un tour en ville La chambre était calme même si elle donnait sur la rue, propre et bien agréable.

Comfortable room, well presented fresh local food, variety of breakfast options. Staff friendly and responsive to queries and information. Handy location to walk around the city and close to new marina complex. Good cafes nearby for daytime coffees and snacks.

Cons:

View from rear of hotel is dreadful - looking over dilapidated garages and wasteland. Current construction work at front of hotel was noisy during the day although when work is finished it will be a pleasant walkway along to the new marina complex. Not many restaurants nearby but hotel evening meals were good.
