Acceptable but would not make this a first choice
Pros:

Location was great.
Breakfast was subpar. Oj out one day, eggs wet

Cons:

Cleaning products left a strong odor that was veey unpleasant and caused a migraine.
Beds were too firm and pillows too mushy

Dirty, unprofessional, short lived.

It was close to the event I needed to be at

Cons:

Room was dirty, towels were unwashed, staff talked bad about their management to us. Had to leave immediately, probably spent a total of 15 minutes in the room, and got a room at a different hotel and was unable to get a refund. Staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing and took forever to answer the phone in order to help, no manager on site to help handle the issues.

Pros:

Dirty stains on all bedding, hairs on bedding . Wet humid room, everything fogged up. We are certain there was bedbugs.

Cons:

No air conditioning in building it just created humidity, dirty old rooms,linens, showers stained and pealing walls.

Aside from the experience above, the hotel is very comfortable. The shower pressure was just right and the air condition

My hairdryer did not work.

When checking in the Lady was on the phone and I was heading out the door to get my bag. She yelled to me the times for breakfast. I misunderstood her and thought she said 6 to 9. I got up to next morning to get my breakfast. From the laundry room, an older gentleman yelled to me and said what are you doing? Breakfast is at 6:30! I told him I thought she said 6. I looked for a sign and it was hidden behind the waffle batter machine. He told me to go ahead. Then proceeded to stand in the laundry doorway and stare at me. I got my coffee and decided to come back later. I’m glad I came back later because the breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately almost everything was broke or dirty
Cons:

Our bed sheets looked dirty, we arrived to not have a working fridge/freezer (was much needed for my daughters milk😞)
We went to give our daughter a bath, no way to use the tub as there was no plug. So went to take a shower to rinse her off and found we couldn’t take a shower because the piece was broke.

Besides the spider and HIGH BED it was fine.

Cons:

When I first checked in and went to use the restroom, I was greeted by a spider on the floor. Good thing I am not afraid of spiders. I chose not to say anything, didn’t want to change rooms or have the rm smell like bug spray. (I liked the first floor room) The bed was so high I had a VERY HARD TIME getting into the bed . I wondered if they had a step stool for us short people who have had joint replacements. I do realize it is easier for staff with a high bed.
