Fantastic
Pros:

Everything!!! Lovely hotel in a great location. Super friendly staff, lovely breakfast, convenient honesty bar and clean & comfortable room. Fantastic access to several metro stations and the nearest station (Vavin) is on the same metro line as Gard Du Nord so very easy for Eurostar travellers.

Great place to stay for a short trip
Pros:

Very pretty boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has everything you need for a short stay. The street the hotel is located has everything you need - fishmonger, deli, minimart, restaurants, bakery etc! And only 3 mins walk to the metro entrance. Love the area!

Cons:

The thin wall - we could hear next door occupant snoring and using the bathroom.

Gezellig en net hotel met alle comfort in een leuke buut van Parijs
Pros:

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame staff. Rustige locatie ondanks leuke en levendige buurt. Aanwezigheid van tal van bistro’s en restaurantjes in typische sfeer. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Cons:

De kamer is op zich goed uitgerust alleen is er best wat lawaai van de douches hoorbaar op de ochtend. Je hoort het hotel op die manier wel een beetje tot leven komen.
