Très sale! Équipements mauvais et anciens! Pas de piscine. Travaux qui réveillent à 9h du matin avec la perceuse et marteau. Clientèle laisse à désirer mal fréquenté. A éviter coûte que coûte

This place is a disaster!!

Cons:

Very slow service! First, when I arrived, they said my reservation didn't exist! I had to wait in the lobby for an hour! The front desk guy had to go upstairs to their administration to figure it out!

After they finally gave me my room, it wasn't what I booked at all! The window wouldn't close, and there was an electricity issue; I had to turn off and on the lights from the panel box in the wall! And no phone in the room, I had to go to the desk several times to get help! The maintenance guy took forever to come to fix the window, and he was rude! Definitely not worth it, and I highly do not recommend this place.!

À fuir !!! Nous n’étions même pas encore installé dans notre chambre qu’un couple est descendu pour se plaindre une DEUXIÈME fois des odeurs ignobles remontant des canalisations.
L’hôtel n’étais pas propre non plus.

Lavabo catastrophic dans la chambre 122 quand ty ouvre sa explose tu deviens tt mouillé
La fenêtre sa se ferme pas ta l'impression avec le bruit de dehors comme si tu dors dans la rue catastrophic jai pas du tt dormis avec le bruit surtt on ai venu pr se détendre pas stressé avec les bruits

The day I left

The property is undergoing a lot of repairs..what I mean by a lot of repairs is the whole pool area is a building site, the whole building is delapetated.
Breakfast says it was 7am start..more like 7:45 so I was rushed to get food to leave.
AC in the room didn’t work, flagged it to the receptionist, he said he’ll send someone up…never to be seen, even the cleaning lady said she’ll get someone to look at it.
The room was ok, very very very busy road and glass paper thing walls…
Pool gets little to no sun as it’s at the back of the property, it is far from a spa hotel..
