Pros:

Läget var bra, trevligt poolområde. Verkar vara etablerad, många kände till hotellet & vi behövde inte uppge adress till taxi mm

Cons:

Börjar med att vi kommer till första rummet, där märker personalen själv att rummet inte är städat. Vi får vänta och får ett nytt rum. I detta rum fungerar inte AC:n, handdukar var smutsiga, damm i duschen samt att det luktade urin. Vi får prata med personalen flera gånger innan dom kommer och tittar på rummet. Då ger dom som förslag att bara byta handdukar tills vi själva ber om ett nytt rum. Killen ber oss då vänta 5 minuter. Efter 20-30 minuter åker vi ner till receptionen med all packning & där ser vi att personalen står utanför och vilar. En annan i personalen ska då hjälpa till med ett nytt rum när vi alla ställer oss i hissen och blir fast. Vi är fast i ca 5 minuter innan vi får bända upp dörrarna. Efter totalt 2 timmar får vi till slut ett rum som är städat. Då vi blev skärrade efter att hissen fastnat fick vi gå i trapporna till våning 6 under hela vår vistelse. Personalen från denna kväll var även otrevliga mot oss resten av vistelsen.

L'hotel a rempli le minimum des attentes basic que nous attendions de lui. Le personnel est agréable

Le responsable de la salle à manger est vraiment agréable d'une grande amabilité et à l'écoute de ses clients. Encore merci à lui !

Cons:

La télé ne marchait pas ! En soit ce n'est pas un drame mais il a fallu 3 jours de réclamation et après l'image sautait con stemment de guerre lasse et comme nous n'étions pas venus pour la T V nous avons laissé tomber. Plus embétant au 3éme jour un des deux lavabos avait une grosse fuite .Nous avons terminé le séjour avec un seul lavabo. Pas un drâme, mais pas représentatif d'un 4 étoiles Le balcon n'avait pas de chaises. Les taies d'oreiller sont douteuses obligé de les faire changer je pense que la femme de chambre a du échanger les taies avec une autre chambre. Car elle est sortie avec les taies et est revenue de suite.

Très bien placé et personnel très gentil
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait tout est à proximité
Le personnel est très agréable

Cons:

La baie vitrée de notre balcon ne se fermait pas
C’est un quartier animé il y a donc du bruit au petit matin
Le pommeau de douche été cassé et c’est humide dans le logement (car il n’y a pas de VMC)

La propreté laisse à désirer, douche pas assez éclairé et sentait mauvais sans parler du levier bouché et sans eau chaude, le réseau wifi marche une fois sur cent.. bref très mauvaise expérience par rapport aux tarifs appliqués et ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles (loin de là)

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs - not worth any amount of money you pay.
Pros:

Not much was great - rooms were clean to an extent. Our first room had toilet paper that was already half used and then when we moved rooms we didn’t even have any toilet paper.

Cons:

We had to move rooms because of certain issues. Our first room’s toilet wouldn’t flush, the bathroom light went out, we didn’t have a fridge, no extras given at all. Barely given any towels for a room for 2. When we moved rooms the bathroom had a bad smell and on the last day the water went out but we were not warned by any staff. We were told it would come back on in 10 minutes but it ended up taking 2 hours. When the water came on again there was no warm water. Eventually on the last day the elevator had liquid pouring from the gap but the staff was aware and didn’t leave a wet floor sign - our hair got wet.
