Lovely hotel with fantastic stafforth it
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but basic. However they provided a lot of vegetables and a choice of fruits

Cons:

The hotel could in future provide labels for the various foods and veggies so you know what you are eating

Poor overall and cancelled an arranged refund after we had left the hotel.
Pros:

Nice staff and good food.

Cons:

No mattresses on the sunbeds. Reception staff lied to me and told me they were happy to arrange the refund of my last 5 nights and then refused my refund when the booking agency tried to contact them. Im afraid this is a situation across Marrkech with people constantly trying to overcharge or short change tourists at every opportunity.

Evitate questa struttura assolutamente. Non è un hotel a 4 stelle. Poca pulizia e manutenzione

Niente, struttura da evitare

Cons:

Sicuramente le stanze non sono adeguate a un hotel a quattro stelle, ci hanno consegnato una stanza con le lenzuola sporche, senza aria condizionata in Marocco, che è indispensabile! Abbiamo chiesto che ci cambino la stanza e ciò è avvenuto. Però il problema che a un certo punto della serata hanno dato la stessa camera ad altre persone, che sono riuscite a entrare in camera nostra con un'altra chiave. Questa cosa è stata veramente imbarazzante. Anche la seconda stanza che ci hanno dato comunque aveva la doccia che era sporca mai pulita dal calcare.

Établissement à fuire de toute urgence
Pros:

Je n’est aimer la réception est dans un état pitoyable.

Cons:

L’état des chambres laisse à désirer. On a dû changer de chambre à cause de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Les salles de bains sont pitoyable. Les lits grincent. Petit déjeuner inexistant… 3 pains au chocolats dur qui se court après. Niveau piscine, pas de matelas sur les transats bonjour le mal de dos ! La télé ne fonctionne pas malgré l’intervention d’un technicien
