j’ai passer un bon séjour à marrakech dans cet hôtel
Pros:

c’était un bon hôtel et la femme de ménage du 3 eme étage fait un excellent travail et elle est à l’écoute, et l’hôtel est très bien placée

Accueil au top
A notre départ nous avons oublier un sac à la réception, j’ai contacter l’hôtel ils ont était d’un professionnalisme extra et on fait le maximum pour m’apporter le sac à l’aéroport de Marrakech malgres les heures de pointe 16h30

Pros:

The worst dirtiest hotel I have ever set my eyes on. The guest toilet downstairs was full of shit. A cat was sitting pretty at d entrance to welcome us. The receptionist was somewhat mean.

Il conto era di 45 euro alla fine ho pagato 57 euro
