Pros:

Belle piscine, air climatisé, bien placé dans la ville, confortable

A fuir ! La chambre n’était pas propre: plusieurs taches sur le linge de lit , les joints de la salle de bain sont moisis . Dès le deuxième jour nous n’avions même plus d’eau chaude.
Nous avons retrouvé des mégots de cigarettes dans les couloirs , nous sentions l’odeur depuis notre chambre .
Nous avions une vmc sur notre balcon qui n’arrêtait pas de faire du bruit même la nuit.
La télévision ne fonctionnait pas .
Nous avions pris l’option petit déjeuné , nous nous y sommes rendus un jour à 7h avec une activité et il n’y avait même pas de tasses de disponibles .
Les serviettes ont été prises dans notre chambre sans même être remplacé.
Nous sommes partis au bout de 3jour dans cet hôtel afin d’aller dans un meilleur logement , passez votre chemin vous trouverez bien mieux

Pros:

Nothing at all, it was dirty and we had cockroaches in the room twice and no hot water and the room wasn’t the room I booked. There was a lot of noise and we contacted Booking 8 times without a answer.

Fidèle à la tradition marocaine, l’accueil a été une nouvelle fois irréprochable. Mille mercis pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Une mention toute particulière à Madame Nadia ❤️🫶🏻, une femme adorable au grand cœur. Elle mérite sincèrement tout le bonheur du monde.
