Si j’aurais pu, j’aurais changer d’hôtel, dès que j’y ai mis les pieds.
Pros:

Honnêtement à part la piscine, qui était à revoir niveau propreté.

Cons:

L’appartement était très très sale. (Jusqu’à qu’il y avait des chaussettes sales des anciennes personnes en dessous du lit)
Franchement c’est la première fois que ça m’arrive d’arriver dans un hôtel aussi sale avec des fuites d’eau sans papier WC sans serviette.
Dans une des chambres il n’y avait ni frigo ni clim, jusqu’à la fin du séjour dans les deux chambres les clim étaient à revoir.
Pas de tringle pour les vêtements suspendus, pas de cintres. Une prise par chambre, pas de télécommande, des trous dans le mur, les lampes étaient cassées au mur. Des travaux tout le long de la semaine à partir de 8h du matin jusqu’en fin d’après-midi complètement horrible, bruit de perceuse à longueur de journée. Pas de coffre-fort.

Un hôtel très bien situé et un personnel adorable
Pros:

Le personnel, et particulièrement Nadia, sont vraiment très à l’écoute, disponibles et accueillants. J’ai beaucoup apprécié leur gentillesse et leur attention. L’hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique : tout est facilement accessible et à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Rien de particulier, j’ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour.

Good facilities, but poor staff attitude
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, and the pool area was great.

Cons:

The customer service was quite disappointing. We felt uncomfortable with the way some staff members looked at us and spoke to us. Additionally, the behavior of the restaurant manager towards the resident cats was unacceptable—he chased them away very harshly, treating them poorly. Even though we explicitly mentioned multiple times that we didn't mind the cats being next to us, the staff member persisted in pushing them away.

Super séjour
Pros:

A notre arrivée nous avons été trés bien accueillis par Nadia. Une prise en charge direct et conseils précieux.
Chambre nouvelle et spacieuse.
Piscine trés agréable.
Personnel au petit soin durant notre séjour.

Cons:

Il manque un sèche cheveux dans la chambre.

It has to be the worst stay at a hotel that ive ever had.

An extremely poor hotel experience.

Check-in took around 20 minutes, and there was no soap in the room. The toilet did not work, and a technician tried to repair it twice without success. When we asked for another room, the receptionist seemed irritated.

The second room had no towel, and the air conditioning did not work. After a long wait and another unsuccessful repair attempt, we were given a third room that same evening. The air conditioning did not work there either, but by then we had given up. All of this happened after 5:00 p.m.

The pool area is the hotel’s only positive feature, but even this area is poorly maintained. The pool bar is run-down, staff smoked behind the bar, and the toilet facilities were in very poor condition.

You receive only one towel at check-in and must pay for another. The service, maintenance, and overall standard were far below what should be expected from a hotel.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Even at a low price, it is not worth the money.
