Nice hotel
Pros:

Room was great size and air con was very welcome! Comfortable stay and staff were nice. Breakfast was good and pool area good.

Cons:

Bathroom bit outdated and do with a lick of paint but was ok for 1 night

Pros:

Péssimas condições as fotos não condiz com a realidade atual do hotel. Elevador não funciona direito, minha irmã ficou presa no elevador, tinha vazando de água no corredor do quarto está mesma água chegava até a porta do quarto.

Customer service needs significant improvement
Cons:

I emailed the venue on several occasions directly and on booking.com but got no response so wasn't able to resolve and issue which ment arriving was stressful. The man on reception was incredibly rude and clearly didn't understand customer service and this ruined our experience. The lady booking tours was so different and made us feel welcomed.
We left our luggage on checkout day and when we collected it it was all wet and had just sat by reception despite being told reception were going to move it to left luggage. Def wouldn't return .

Cons:

Séjour très décevant. Hôtel en travaux avec bruit et poussière pendant les vacances. Propreté insuffisante (chambre, rideaux, transats piscine, robinetterie rouillée). Eau de la douche instable, passant du chaud au froid. Nourriture répétitive et de qualité moyenne. Pour le prix payé, cet hôtel ne correspond pas à nos attentes. Je ne recommande pas.
