Decent room and reasonable tariff

I recently had the pleasure of booking the stay for my guests at the hotel, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort and elegance.

The location was ideal, surrounded by great connectivity. The staff was attentive and ensured that the needs of my guests were met throughout the stay.

We had hosted one small pre Wedding ceremony and all were Outstation guests were staying at the Hotel, we had about 40 rooms and the service was exceptionally good. The staff of the hotel is very courteous, helpful, polite, always ready to help. Food was very good. We received very good support from the sales team, front desk team. Highly recommended for anyone looking to booking a room or for getting their wedding guests stay managed at Residency. Also, very convenient location.

It's very good hotel staff also very friendly and polit. The premises also very neat and clean. A perfact place to stay in Mumbai

R No 305 Very small / very old type / seepage wall with fungus / paint ukhda hua

Bathroom - shower tab was leaking making entire small size bathroom wet / Commod lid was badly fitted and not able to hold when opening

In spite of booking for a king size bed room a split bed room was provide.

Bathroom slipper - sir we do not provide

Water bottle - normal tap water was sent. For packaged water they want extra money- ridiculous after taking almost 7000/- for a night

Impressed with the hospitality by staff (both hotel & restaurant), very professional and prompt in responding to issues/concerns, variety and nice food including jain options, definitely value for money.

Our stay was really good and the staff was really co operative. Shout out to the bookings and accounts team for their prompt response. Huge shout to Mr. Kaitan Kumbhar for hosting us and making our stay really comfortable. Kudos to him for ensuring a smooth check in and check out during our stay.

One of room service waiter’s uniform was stinking. May be because he was sweating or it was not clean.

Conducted a brilliant training program at Hotel Residency. Loved the staff, accomodation, and food. The conference room was perfect to conduct a workshop for 25 people and all meals, tech and other logistics worked seamlessly thanks to the really supportive staff. Would highly recommend Hotel Residency for both personal and business events.

Had booked 17 club rooms. The rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Carters more towards the corporate crowd but Good stay option for anybody at a decent price. 20 minutes from the airport. Helpful staff. Good food. Must consider.👍

Great economy business hotel near Mumbai airport. Started here multiple times. The staff across the board have been very courteous. Breakfast spread is the only thing that could be improved to accommodate diverse taste preferences of guests.

The perfect place to stay in Mumbai! We had a lovely time as we had come for a wedding. Right on the highway, amazing & prompt staff, great food and the manager Mr. Kaitan, made our stay so much fun! And the breakfast was delicious. This is going to be my go-to hotel. Would recommend 10/10.

I had booked the hotel for a family function. All my guests had quite a pleasant experience. The service was very quick and efficient and the staff behaviour was polite and humble. The rooms were near and clean. Overall it was a very good experience and I would recommend the hotel for sure!
