Accueil très bien. Confort sommaire mais propreté. Petit déjeuner buffet très moyen (œufs brouillés froid, charcuterie bas de gamme, café insipide)

Mauvais accueil.

Climatisation s’eteint toute seule. Pas de vmc fonctionnant dans salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner. Ensemble correct

Fint opphold, 3 personer, hadde med bil og lett med parkering. Det er ikke matbutikk rett i nærheten, men gangavstand ca 10 min. Ellers var vårt klimaanlegg ikke optimalt da det skrudde seg av og det ble veldig varmt på natten.

Accueil sympathique par une personne disponible pour tous les renseignements. La chambre retenue, en fait un petit studio, au-delà de ce qu'on pensait trouver à proximité de la gare routière de Grenoble : propre, spacieuse, calme...

The room should be ready before the check-in. When we arrive, almost at 17h, the room wasn't clean yet.

Joli établissement, bien équipé, agréable. Néanmoins l’accueil et le respect de l’intimité est à revoir. Arrivée après 21h, la personne que nous avons eu au téléphone ne nous a pas indiqué comment rejoindre notre chambre. Nous avons dû rappeler. Mais le pire c’est lorsque le le lendemain une jeune femme a forcé l’accès à notre chambre prétextant un problème de logiciel alors que mon conjoint avait crié « non! » à deux reprise, après qu’elle est toqué et après qu’elle est commencé à ouvrir la porte. Cela ne l’a pas empêché de rester à l’entrée de la chambre, le regard en direction du miroir qui reflétait le corps nu de mon conjoint et insistant sur le fait qu’elle avait un problème avec son logiciel et qu’ « elle checker les chambres vides ». Les cris de mon conjoint ne lui ont donc pas suffit pour constater que la chambre était louée…très très moyen!

Vi är nöjda med hur stor och ren vår vistelse var! Enkelt att parkera utanför.


När vi kom var det bäddat för 4 personer. Vi var 5. Svårt att nå personalen efter en viss tid.
Blev erbjudna uppgradering - men faktum kvarstår att första natten var vi on our own då det måste blivit en miss någonstans på vägen att vi var en mer i sällskapet.
Personalen var lyhörda och Hotels likaså! Där är vi verkligen nöjda.
Det är bra om resenären är uppmärksam på ex hur mycket pengar som dras och incheckningstider.

Was ok for an overnight stay.
AC did not work.
Parked just outside on street, ok.
Disliked that one was supposed to clean kitchenware self. But no equipment was around. We realized this upon check-out and then considered that we probably used uncleared glasses etc from previous guest (as they probably like us did not have anything to do the dishes with, besides water).

駅からも近く便利です。部屋もバスルームも広く快適でした。空調の制御が部屋ごとにできるとより良いかと思います

When I arrived, I expected the hotel to have a car park, restaurant, and A/C, which are stated in the hotel description. But no car park, only street parking. The restaurant has been closed since December 2024.

Worst was the A/C When I arrived, I asked if the A/C was working. As no air was blowing out the vent into the room and it was during a heatwave, it was boiling in the room. The reception stated on their system, it was working. After looking around the room found the A/C was definitely not working as it had been turned off at the breakers. I then asked if they could have a look at the A/C whilst I was away. They said the same thing as it's working on their system, "so it works, it might just be that it turns off overnight, and that is why it's warm in the room".

I then complained to Hotels.com as I was adamant about leaving the hotel. Hotels.com then contacted the hotel, and someone came to fix it despite my disbelief. They then checked the breakers and turned them on, and then blamed me for going into the breaker panel and lefty. without a sorry or anything.

The whole experience would have been ok if it weren't for the customer service at the hotel. Constant disbelief of what the customer is saying and no desire to help the customer.

Très bien pour une nuit

Vorteile: Lage, akzeptabler Komfort, Sauberkeit.
Nachteile:
Ich habe bewusst ein Hotel ausgewählt, dessen Rezeption am Wochenende geöffnet ist (steht auf der Website). Letztendlich war ich jedoch gezwungen, selbst einzuchecken, da mir bei der Kommunikation per Nachricht mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Rezeption am Sonntag geschlossen sei.
Nach der Buchung und vollständigen Bezahlung über hotels.com habe ich vom Hotel einen Zahlungslink erhalten. Der Link schlug vor, anstelle der Touristengebühr den gesamten Betrag zu zahlen. Wenn ich nicht aufgepasst hätte, hätte ich Geld verloren. Das Personal verwies auf einen Fehler. Seien Sie vorsichtig.
Auf die Frage nach der Datenschutzerklärung erfolgte keine Antwort.
Das Wasser fließt schlecht. Die Dusche ist kaputt und sie können sie nicht reparieren, weil es keine Ersatzteile gibt.
Defekter Küchenhahn, fehlende oder kaputte Dekoelemente.

Didn’t know what to expect but pleasantly surprised for a hotel/ student living environment. Large apartment clean and everything we needed for a night stay. Great affordability.

Great hotel and staff, forgot my medicine and they went above and beyond returning it to me. Just awesome

The facility went a whole day without hot water. The next two days the hot water worked but only warm at best, so not an ice cold shower but a mildly warm one. The washing machines had a payment problem for a day. Fixed the next day. I witnessed an argument between the manager and the front desk person in the public area or lobby of the facility. It was loud and inappropriate in front of guests.
