Toller Bademantel Gang in die Terme vom Hotel aus!

Cons:

Bei Ankunft waren noch Haare in der Dusche und am nächsten Tag wurden die Putzsachen im Bad vergessen.

Beautiful luxurious art deco interior, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Maybe Just a little bit of interior refresh needed, a lick of pain here and there. Would prefer the buffet menu every night, there was much more choice, and left feeling sleepy from our fill.

Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels ist nicht das eine/ 4 Sterne Hotels. Preis Leistung stimmen hier leider nicht mehr.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr enttäuschend und keineswegs 4 Sterne oder dem Preis entsprechend.
Der hauseigene Spa/Sauna hat den Namen leider nicht wirklich verdient. Mini klein, alt bzw. sehr mangelhaft renoviert (schlechter Geruch, ungemütlich, unverblendete Rohe, nicht funktionierende Duschen…)

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Eine Sache hat mich jedoch wirklich geärgert.
Meine Frau feierte während unseres Besuchs ihren 60. Geburtstag. Aus diesem Anlass hatte die Verwandtschaft telefonisch über die Rezeption eine kleine Überraschung im Frühstücksraum organisiert – eine festlich dekorierte Geburtstagstafel. Das Personal hatte alles wie gewünscht vorbereitet und entsprechend vermerkt.

Am Morgen des Geburtstags wurden wir jedoch an der Einlasskontrolle schlicht abgehakt. Der dort eingesetzte Mitarbeiter kannte offenbar die Bedeutung der internen Hinweise auf seiner Liste nicht. Da es sich um eine Überraschung handeln sollte, wussten wir natürlich nichts von dem vorbereiteten Tisch – und so blieb er ungenutzt. Erst später erfuhren wir durch die Verwandtschaft, was eigentlich geplant gewesen war.

Bedauerlich war, dass es seitens des Managements keinerlei Entschuldigung oder Rückmeldung gab. Das hätte gut getan, der Ärger wäre schnell verflogen - denn Fehler können passieren.

Zufriedenstellend und erholsam
Pros:

Zunächst hatten wir ein Zimmer was nicht dem Preis und den Erwartungen entsprach. Nach Rücksprache bekamen wir ein entsprechendes anderes Zimmer.
Vor 2 Jahren hatten wir dies Zimmer, auf einer anderen Etage, sofort.

Leider ein schlechtes Zimmer erwischt

Die Umgebung und Nähe zur Therme super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Brötchen etwas zäh. Kein Toaster vorhanden. Personal aufmerksam. Sauberkeit gut. Sehr schöner heller Speisesaal mit Blick in den Kurpark.

Cons:

Wir hatten wohl das Zimmer mit dem schlechtesten Ausblick (129). Gebucht war Bergblick, bekommen haben wir Blick in einen hässlichen Innenhof.
Die Gänge wirkten insgesamt eher wie in einem dunklen mittelalterlichen Kloster. Ein imposantes Gebäude aber etwas dunkel insgesamt.

Zentrale Lage, geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon. Zutritt zur Therme, sehr gutes Frühstück. Perfekt!

Cons:

Der Teppichboden müsste ersetzt werden, ebenso sind kleine Duschgel, Shampoo ect. nicht mehr zeitgemäß, da gibt es Alternativen.
Auch würde ich bei der Hotelkategorie eine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer erwarten, ebenso Wasser oder zumindest eine gefüllte Minibar.
Die neue Parksituation ist eine Katastrophe.
