Pros:

Quarto amplo, varanda maravilhosa, hotel bem silencioso e limpo

Cons:

Ficamos no primeiro andar (excelente),caso estivéssemos nos andares de cima e com mala, seria complicado a locomoção.

Séjour agréable mais un service inexistant.
Pros:

La décoration de la chambre était à la fois moderne et cosy. L’hôtel avec son architecture contemporaine est très beau.
La piscine en Rooftop est sympa.
Et il est très bien situé.

Cons:

Le manque de présence du personnel (15mn d’attente à la réception pour une arrivée à 17h30), un départ à 8h30, sans personnel à qui remettre la clé de chambre.
Des horaires de bar non respectés (arrivés à 19h et pas de personnel pour un horaire de fin de service indiqué à 22h).
L’hôtel étant situé à proximité des clubs de plongée et ces derniers démarrant à 8h, un début de service du petit déjeuner a 7h serait idéal d’autant que celui-ci est réalisé à la demande, ce qui génère donc de l’attente.

Wunderschönes Hotel, mit Potenzial
Pros:

Die Unterkunft und die Zimmer waren wunderschön. Sie waren modern, groß und alles sehr bequem. Ich war selten in einem so schönen Hotelzimmer. Ein Fahrradverleih im Hotel selbst ist möglich. Der Pool auf dem Dach war ebenfalls toll. Auch der Essensbereich.

Cons:

Ich war mit der Auswahl beim Frühstück nicht so zufrieden. Es war leider unser schlechtestes Frühstück in Mexiko. Die Dusche war am Duschkopf sehr verkalkt und wodurch das Wasser viel herumspritzte. Ich finde es schade, dass eine Kation in Höhe von 160 Dollar geblockt wird. Das war in keiner anderen Unterkunft bei uns so. Das Geld ist nach einer Woche immer noch nicht freigegeben.

Pros:

La habitación, grande y cómoda, las camas de buen tamaño, el desayuno incluido también muy rico todo

Cons:

En general todo bien, excepto que la alberca y el área de restaurante está hasta el 4° piso y como no cuenta con elevador, es difícil para los adultos mayores o alguna persona con discapacidad

Hotel mignon, mais décevant d’un point de vue hygiène

Emplacement OK prêt de restaurants, supermarchés et plages accessibles en 15 min
Le club de plage en partenariat avec l’hôtel est très mignon et tranquille.
Check in possible en avance puisque la chambre était prête

Cons:

Sans hésiter et ce qui nous a fait partir au bout d’un jour (nous avions réservé 3 nuit) est la présence de cafards dans la chambre. Le personnel a été OK pour nous changer de chambre (merci à eux) mais nous avons finalement décidé de partir car nous n’étions pas sereins. Aucun refund ni geste n’a été proposé.

Aussi forte odeur de canalisation dans les WC. La douche et lavabo un peu vétuste. L’hôtel est clairement mieux en photo qu’en réalité excepté la décoration des chambres. Ensuite, sur les parties communes piscine en rooftoop agréable mais partie commune autour des sunbeds par très propres sunbeds non plus pas très propres. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas mauvais mais cher pour ce que c’est.

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Mexico
Pros:

Wow, what a great value! This is one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in Mexico and it is very competitively priced. It beats out the beach resort we stayed at for the second part of our trip.

The amenities were amazing, great breakfast, a nice little pool to hang out in. The room was very spacious and modern. I like how it's layout to incorporate the balcony.

The hotel is also very close to the main strip to get to shops, but far enough away to be not too noisy.

Cons:

It's definitely the rooster that woke us up early in the morning. It's not the hotel's fault and more of a zoning issue in the city of Tulum.

Tolles Hotel mit Charm
Pros:

Rooftop Swimmingpool mit der Dachterrasse sind super! Wir haben die Aussicht beim Frühstück sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt - gegenüber und um die Ecke hat es einige ganz tolle Restaurants. Die Hauptstrasse mit vielen Bars / Restaurants / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Hostel gegenüber hat einen sehr hohen Lärmpegel (Musik / Gejohle) bis weit nach Mitternacht hinaus.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Great location to walk to good restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket. Also lots of good nightlife nearby but not noisy for those wanting a quieter stay. Good plunge pool on the roof too.

Cons:

Beyond breakfast, there was limited / no availability of food or drink on site when we tried to order beverages by the pool. Not the end of the world as available from nearby alternatives but worth keeping in mind for anyone hoping to lounge by the pool with food and drinks during the day.

Pros:

Buen hotel en el pueblo de Tulum. Este hotel moderno y nuevo, cumple y supera las expectativas. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y modernas y dispone de todas las comodidades, incluyendo un completo desayuno.
