Tolle Unterkunft zu hervorragendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mit tollem Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön gestaltet, die Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet und das Frühstück war herrlich. Auch das Deck und der Pool haben mir sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenhalt und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

La habitación estaba bien cómoda...limpia..la piscina super...el desayuno desente pero bien.todo muy cercano para salir a caminar..

Que no tuvieran tv...eso me dificulta un poco ya que viendo series me hace dormir...y solo estar acostado sin ver nada como que aburre un poco

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, personnel très gentil, chambre exceptionnelle.

Cons:

Beaucoup de bruit aux environs, quartier peu calme fête locale, entendu jusqu’à 2h du matin, mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien du tout.
Accès au parc Jaguar, avec un prix réduit à 120 pesos au lieu de 415.
Le beach club diamante K un spot très agréable

Avoid this Hotel!!!
Pros:

The rooftop terrace was lovely and relaxing, and the breakfast was decent — just don’t show up too hungry, as the portions and selection are quite limited.

Cons:

Unfortunately, everything else fell far short. Because we needed two beds, we were required to book a “suite,” which turned out to be anything but. The second bed was uncomfortable, the room was on the ground floor with almost no natural light, and despite several lamps it still felt like a dark cave.
Cleanliness was a major issue: there were shards of glass in the sink, what looked like blood on the wall, and the floor was so dirty that walking around in socks once made them feel ruined. Our room was right next to the reception, so we could hear everything. There’s also a nearby bar that makes it feel like the party is happening inside the room, making sleep nearly impossible. To make matters worse, a rooster starts crowing around 3 a.m. and continues loudly into the afternoon. If you stay here, bring earplugs.
Service didn’t help the experience either — staff at reception were mostly dismissive or visibly annoyed. Beach access, despite being advertised, is not included and must be paid for separately. We were also never given the access details, even after asking, and had to return to the hotel just to be told they already knew we wouldn’t get in.
Aside from the nice rooftop terrace, this stay was disappointing in terms of room quality, cleanliness, noise, and service.

Nettes Hotel für einen Zwischenstop. Das Zimmer war super nur der Hahn ab 5 Uhr störte ein wenig. Frühstück war auch gut aber wenn man Schinken oder Käse morgens auf dem Brot möchte sollte das vorher im Supermarkt kaufen. An der Hauptstraße hat gerade ein ganz grosser eröffnet. Die Kuchen sind genial.🥧

Cons:

An den Ruinen muss man aufpassen um nicht abgezockt zu werden. Die Cenoten im Umkreis sind alle super.

Ήταν πολύ ωραίο το μέρος και ωραία η διακόσμηση στο ξενοδοχείο.

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν λίγες οι επιλογές που είχες . Η πισίνα πολύ κρύα . Υπήρχε ένας κόκορας στο διπλανό σπίτι που ξυπνούσαμε κάθε μέρα 5-6 η ώρα το πρωί , ήταν πολύ ενοχλητικό .

Très très décevant !

L'hôtel est très joli et pas mal situé, le personnel de l'accueil est gentil

L'hôtel est très bruyant, que ce soit le coq du voisin qui chante de 4h du matin jusqu'à 17h aux bruits de meubles qui sont bougés en pleine nuit jusqu'aux bars voisins qui ont la musique a fond, le menage n'est pas fait correctement du tout (serviettes sales et pas changées) et tout est vieillissant, le personnel du restaurant n'est pas vraiment serviable (ils sont sur leur téléphone musique a fond pendant que les clients sont a tables) le petit déjeuner est également très léger, bref a fuir !
