Bel hôtel qui pourrait devenir un très bel hôtel en corrigeant quelques details.
Pros:

Chambre très propre, confortable et bien équipée. Silencieuse malgré qu'elle soit située à proximité de la sortie de l'ascenseur.
Très bien situé à deux pas de monuments prestigieux, de la station de métro St James et des taxis.

Cons:

A ce prix là, je pense que le management de l'établissement pourrait faire l'effort d'embaucher du personnel bilingue ou ayant au moins des notions de français. De plus, un mode d'emploi de la climatisation serait plus que nécessaire.

Superleuk hotel waarbij je verblijf al half is geslaagd.
Pros:

Zeer centrale ligging, veel lichtinval met de grote ramen, alles was aanwezig in de kamer, zeer ruime kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel, van de onthaal medewerkers tot de poets medewerkers welke steeds vriendelijk en met de glimlach jou begroeten, mogelijkheid om je bagage reeds vooraf veilig af te geven of nog even te bewaren na je verblijf. Zeer goed ontbijt met de mogelijkheid om bereidingen te laten maken zonder meerkosten, rekening houdend met allergieën.
