Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, gutes Zimmer, tolle Lage; Wasser + Kaffee + Shortbread im Zimmer wird täglich nachgefüllt und ist inklusive, große Auswahl beim Frühstück - absolute Empfehlung :)

Cons:

Uns hat ein bisschen Stauraum, Ablagefläche gefehlt, ein offenes Regal am Kleiderschrank wäre wirklich hilfreich;, ein bisschen bessere Beleuchtung im Badezimmer wäre für die Rasur und das Schminken hilfreich, sonst wirklich eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Exceptional comfort and location in Westminster
Pros:

Room size, comfortable bed and pillows, complimentary coffees, teas, cookies. Assistance with questions about local laundry services. Terrific breakfast! Quiet even though an exceptional location in Westminster.

Cons:

Lighting in bathroom or near any mirror not helpful for applying makeup. But this was a minor inconvenience.

Unpleasant experience
Pros:

We had lunch here yesterday and the food was awful! Three of us ordered the Chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was chopped up slices of chicken of the type you buy in supermarket in packs for sandwiches and not a diced or pulled chicken breast. It came decorated with a soft boiled egg cut in half and a collection of anchovies of the type that comes in lemon and vinegar not the kind that comes tinned. Both the egg and the anchovies (the right kind!) should have been in the sauce and not on the plate. There was then what amounted to nearly a whole bag of rock hard croutons which were obviously to bulk the dish out but just went on forever! Can't even remember if there was parmesan but it may well have been in the, what seemed to be, bottled sauce. All in all an unpleasant experience. We did not order a pudding. The waitress also kept clearing the table whilst others were still eating and although asked to wait, carried on! She removed my plate whilst I was still eating the chips. Needless to say I will never eat there again. The place was packed on a hot sunny Saturday so it must appeal to someone.

Excellent location topped off with a great breakfast!
Pros:

Location was fab. Comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was excellent. Reception Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was all round an excellent place to stay for a weekend in London!
