В готелі чисто, персонал привітний.

Cons:

Бронювала номер з двома окремими ліжками. Але в номері було одне спільне ліжко. Відразу звернулась на рецепцію, але проблема не була вирішена. Було дуже не зручно, мене позбавили можливості нормально відпочити.

Pros:

La stanza era pulita, i ragazzi alla reception sono disponibili.
Il letto era piccolo ma comodo.

Cons:

La mia camera era accanto all' ascensore e c'era un rumore continuo ad ogni ora.
Ti svegliava nel sonno, se vogliono affittare quella stanza dovrebbero almeno insonorizzarla a dovere altrimenti rovina il soggiorno.

Some staff lovely and good location

Cons:

Incredibly uncomfortable bed and extremely loud road, we really struggled to sleep and are so happy to be home. Also room has nowhere to put a large suitcase and lacks eg hair conditioner, tea/coffee - very basic

Pros:

All of the staff was very Kind! Many thanks to everyone working there, always willing to help. For small things like getting a second key for our room, and also for more complex things like getting a haircut or buying things we forgot to bring to our trip.

Cons:

The bed was a little bit to soft for my wife, for me it was perfect. The AC was a bit iffy, but we managed to get a nice room temp with the window.
