Super comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable, spacious rooms with a kitchenette and a balcony looking out onto the courtyard/pool. Amenities, like the pool heated (we were there in February, so it mattered) and barbeque grills available. Pet-friendly, in fact it seemed like the majority of guests had brought dogs. Easy (walking) access to a supermarket. Would definitely come back.

Cons:

Nothing. Well, there was an epic windstorm that night that blew the gazebo into the pool and left palm fronds scattered all over the place. Could have done without that.

Pros:

Pool great- salt water and heated
Jacuzzi a nice plus
Rooms a great size
Handy to have cooking & coffee making facilities (grocery store really close by to)
Onsite parking great (& free)
Close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden ~10 minute car ride (reason for our stay)

Cons:

We had a ground floor room so was a little noisy if people moving about upstairs

Pros:

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. It's rare to find good pillows in hotels in this price range. Plenty of hot water for washing and showers.

Cons:

We had a room on the back side that faced a fence. Would have preferred an inside pool view, as we didn't get much sunlight. Also, parking is a problem here, as the spaces are limited, the driveway is small, and we had to park across the street one night.

Great location, close to El Paseo. Easy access to I-10 on Cook or Monterey Avenues
Pros:

Excellent property, but when very busy, you had to find street parking. Parking spaces were ideal for up to medium size SUV. A tight squeeze if you had a full size truck.

We only spent one night. Next time, we will stay longer.
Pros:

The property is quaint and quiet and well maintained. The room is really a small apartment, with two bathrooms and a separate bedroom with a king bed. A comfortable living room/kitchen space with a small dining table. A balcony overlooking the pool!
