Bad, the only good thing was the view

It was very dirty looking and feeing. Bathroom sinks
Were clogged, dishes in cabinets were dirty, overall the place felt and looked very dingy. Elevator to the 7th floor was broke and the one we had to use to get to the 6 th floor looked as if could break at any moment and there was handicap man that was stuck in his room the day before because both elevators to get down were broke. He was wheelchair bound.

There were too many negatives on this visit to consider ever going back

The staff was very helpful with every concern.

Cons:

Building in MUCH need of a complete overhaul. There was an extreme odor of mold or dirt. Lysol spray once a day made it tolerable.

They need to do some work to upgrade the facilities but the view was excellent.

We stayed August 8-11
We were supposed to receive a refund..have not. It is now August 29th and no refund in sight.
The room was disgusting when we arrived. Moldy air vents, nasty ac unit, windows were disgusting. Nasty dishes that were not cleaned, broken toilets, disgusting walls, disgusting floors, pull out bed was covered in stains, we watched a staff member dump trash all over the walkway on the 3rd floor and just walk away. Tvs were disgusting, wifi barely worked in the room. Dishwasher was broken, ceiling tile in the bathroom kept falling.

Terrible.
Cons:

Room was disgusting. Broken ceiling tiles, nasty walls, dirty dishes. Mold on the vents in the room, stove was leaning bad and cooked weird. AC was disgusting, has not been cleaned in quite some time. No one cleaned before we arrived, windows were nasty, floors were nasty.
We have been waiting for a refund of the first night, but have yet to receive it.
Refund was agreed upon on August 15. It is August 29 and still no refund.

Horrible experience
Pros:

This was a terrible experience

Cons:

The bed was not a queen. Both of our backs are out now. The staff didn't want me using the elect when I'm disabled. The wind from the balcony cathches the door and will slam your fingers in the door. This was a horrible experience. The fact the staff made it difficult to use the elevator and voiced their dislike for me using the elevator when I have heart failure was exhausting. Horrible experience I have nothing good to say about the place

Structural issues causing water damage
Pros:

The staff were amazing they did everything possible to fix the issues but the issues in the hotel are above and beyond their means of help!

Cons:

The dishwasher did not work. The stove did not work. We had no balcony. The images of our room online did not match the room we were in. We were supposed to have 2 twin beds a king and a pullout. None of the rooms there even had those options available.The ceiling and windows leaked when it rained. I have never been so disappointed. The structure of the hotel is obviously compromised and needs to be inspected and parts of it need to be shut down before someone is hurt. Absolutely nothing at this stay was worth the money that I spent on it.

Pros:

Close to the beach, balcony was our favorite part of the room for sure. The staff member that checked us in was a very sweet girl.

Cons:

Our ceiling and walls needed repaired. The television in the living room had ESPN, our room did not. My mother in law arrived a day later, and was given a hard time when trying to obtain a parking pass. It was already paid for, the employee just had no idea, and tried telling her she'd need to pay so much daily upon leaving.
