Pros:

Vista panoramica molto bella. Personale disponibile. Struttura complessivamente di alto livello.

Cons:

Posizione senza servizi pubblici nelle vicinanze, lontana dal centro città e da qualsiasi attività commerciale.
Stanza fredda, con riscaldamento tenuto spento e che ci ha costretto a chiedere una stufetta elettrica, peraltro estremamente rumorosa.

Pros:

Definitely live up to its 5 star hotal name. Thank you very much to receptionist 小余小姐. She made us feel like we are welcomed home. We arrived around 11:30 AM, the room we booked isn't available but she give us an complimentary room upgrade and helped us checked in right away so we can leave our belongings in our room which is amazing service. Other staff are very attentive and helpful as well, showed us shortcuts around the hotel to exit closes to main street. We ordered delivery and the staff brought it us immediately. Overall, its a 5 star hotal with 10 star staff and service. I will definitely be booking here every time visiting my hometown.

Will definitely stay here again! The best hotel in the area!
Pros:

The staff was very attentive and kind. They were always on top of things.

Cons:

I wish that there were English directions on the vending machine machines explaining how to switch from WeChat to Alipay for payment. It took us a while to figure that out.

Die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich so eine Sache.

Natürlich ist die Aussicht auf den Fluss großartig, aber fußläufig ums Hotel gibt es im Grunde nichts (dafür sind die Taxis und Didi aber schnell und preislich vollkommen okay).

Cons:

1/ There were no male staff members at the concierge during my visit. A petite female staff member was assigned to assist guests with heavy luggage, which may not have been ideal for handling physically demanding tasks.
2/ Additionally, the front desk was manned by only one staff member tasked with check-ins, phone calls, and guest inquiries all at once. This staffing level appears insufficient and may hinder the overall guest experience.
3/ Lastly, the service team at the buffet restaurant did not demonstrate the expected level of friendliness or hospitality.

Best option in Kaiping
Pros:

It is quite surprising to find a solid five-star hotel in a small provincial city like Kaiping. This is a vast, spacious venue with a nice river view. Room is cozy and neat. The whole place was just renovated so everything is new and tidy. Breakfast is underwhelming, though. Price is fair.

Exceptional
Pros:

Spacious clean room. They gladly extended our checkout time to 2pm. Breakfast really good. The massage with ginger wrap on the knees is a must try.
