Excellent hotel with everything you want and more!!!
Pros:

This hotel was the best, it was the best location that you could get to the Dubrovnik Walls! Excellent room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent, the most food I had ever seen on a buffet. Personal service for the drinks and excellent conversation with the staff. The reception staff was excellent and made you feel welcome! You had everything I wanted and more! I loved the personal message on the tv when we arrived at our room, nice touch!!!!

그좋은위치에 벽으로 둘러쌓인 지하골방같은방에 100씩 받으면서 반지하같은 위치라 냄새도 쾌쾌합니다. 시설은진짜별로구요 노후된티도납니다.가관은화장실이에요 한국10만원받는 화장실보다못한 샤워기와 변기. 직원도 불친절하고 조식당엔 단품 메뉴조차없는 무성의함. 조식은 당연히 맛없구요.
기본온도는 왜이리춥게해놨는지 얼어죽을뻔요.

Not valued for money and park rooms are small and dark. Dissatisfied
Pros:

Location, good breakfast

Cons:

I did expect the room with park view (104 ) so dark & small for the price I paid. The floor was dirty when I wiped with the towel! When I complained with front desk they didn’t do anything. The next day I was offered bigger and room in the next building.
However, the hotel charged extra.

S obzirom na vrlo pozitivno iskustvo iz prethodne godine, Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik ponovno je bio izbor za boravak. Očekivanja su u potpunosti ispunjena, od ugodne nadogradnje sobe s balkonom i prostranim interijerom, preko kvalitetnog spa doživljaja, do izuzetne ljubaznosti i profesionalnosti osoblja. Posebno se ističe pažnja prema detaljima, uključujući i pažnju s kojom je djelatnik dopeljao i parkirao moj cabriolet, što dodatno potvrđuje visoku razinu usluge. Kuhinja i izbor hrane bili su raznoliki, svježe pripremljeni i vrlo kvalitetni. Kao zanimljiv i poseban detalj boravka istaknuo se klavir na kraju hodnika, koji je dodatno obogatio ukupni dojam, iako bi mu možda koristilo vidljivije mjesto. Ukupno gledano, boravak je bio izuzetno ugodan i u skladu s visokim standardima hotela.

Excellent stay at Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik – spotless, friendly staff, and a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Our stay at the Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik was absolutely excellent. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel was at an exceptionally high level, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience.

The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and very well maintained. It perfectly combines luxury with comfort, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. We would definitely love to come back!
