Horrible customer service, double charged with no explanation or recourse.
Pros:

Avoid this place at all costs!! They will take your money, and even after saying you will get a refund, they will double charge you and keep your deposit. The staff was extremely unhelpful and negligent, and after making an error on their side by not cancelling my reservation when I asked them to, I was double-charged by them and was unable to get anything back or even get an explanation for what happened. NEVER deal with the manager Raleigh I think is his name, terrible experience.

Pros:

I not only love the cleanliness, but I most of all love the location!

Cons:

I'd like to see a cheaper rate sometimes.
