I had a wonderful stay here. My favorite part was the location
Pros:

Very nice, clean hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, giving me directions and helping me with the metro system. The breakfast was more expensive than expected. I also had to fix the toilet so it could flush. Easy fix.

Cons:

Price of food. Toilet stopped flushing, but I was able to fix easily

The Room Ambience , Guest service agents was really nice at the Front office, shout out to Jon & Jessica, you both are doing great, keep it up, @Kisha I understand that work might very demanding at times but frowning & talking to a Guest, always come off as been rude my dear, you can do be by wearing a smile , that way you connect 😀 our job in hospitality it's not that easy but we chose to do it then fly with it , i did appreciate you sending me the microwave, thank you Kisha, that helped me a lot , see y'all soon , have a great week Team .
Shout out to the Ovn team , I saw them going above & Beyond for guest, more especially the man that was assisting Front desk , I don't if his security or Engr.
Great Job y'all are doing.

Cons:

The fact that the bath 🛁 top retains water in Rm 725 , i let them know on my way out at the Front Office, I hope they let the Engr team know , for 2days water won't flow out in the bath while I take shower, please put that room out of service, fix the issue before you continue to sale that particular room @Hskp manager , please make it a habit to walk most room that is already serviced for the day before guests arrives , that way you will deal with many issues before hand .

Overall not a bad experience. Needs a bit of updating.
Pros:

The property was in a great location
And the staff were fantastic. Also had great security.

Cons:

The room needed to be updated. Furniture is very worn out and there were stains on the couches. The room was clean but felt dirty with how worn out it was.
