Je suis habitué en ce moment pour le travail de réserver quatre nuits par semaine dans cet hôtel où je n’ai jamais eu de problème avec le personnel que j’ai d’habitude le Monsieur l’après-midi et la dame le matin

Le comportement du responsable de cet hôtel est inacceptable, j’ai dû attendre plus de 45 minutes pour avoir ma clé de chambre et aller chercher de l’aide dans la cuisine auprès de cuisinier pour faire face au monsieur, qui était ivre, gros mots ,titube,manque de tomber…ce monsieur m’a fait peur, je ne me suis pas sentie en sécurité.énorme, déception car d’habitude ça se passe très bien avec les autres personnes. Je remonterai l’information auprès de ses supérieurs, ce n’est pas acceptable et aucune excuse de sa part. Ce n’est pas normal d avoir peur dans un lieu où d habitude on ce sent très bien
