Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή.
Το πρωινό πολύ καλό, και η καθαριότητα. Το μέτρο κοντά για να μετακινηθούμε.
Μας ενθουσίασε το καλωσόρισμα με την κάρτα και τις σοκολάτες.

Cons:

Με ενόχλησε που στο δωμάτιο οι ταπετσαρίες στο τοίχο είχαν φουσκώσει στα χαμηλά σημεία και σε κάποια σημεία κρέμονταν,σαν εγκατάλειψη.
Το κρεβάτι θέλει μια πιο σταθερή βάση και υποθέτω ήταν η βασική αιτία που έτριζε.

Pros:

C'è una grande attenzione al dettaglio da parte del personale: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dell'acqua e del cioccolato come benvenuto. Inoltre, la penultima sera abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra stanza, e il receptionist Juan Carlos ci ha subito cambiato la stanza. In più ci è stata offerta una colazione e abbiamo ricevuto un piccolo regalo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto questi gesti.
L'albergo offre anche una piscina e un idromassaggio sul tetto con una bella vista sulla città.

Cons:

La seconda stanza che ci è stata data dava sulla strada, quindi di notte entrava molto rumore con la finestra aperta. Ma la stanza con la finestra sul retro era ottima per dormire.

Pros:

I’ll start with the issues. We arrived to hotel around 11 am but our room wasn’t ready till after 3pm, thanks god whether was good so we have a walk. But still 4 hours waiting…🤨 next was the internet (WiFi) didn’t work, we couldn’t connect. It wasn’t end of the world because we stayed in the hotel for sleeping only (2 nights) . And last one it’s actually funny issue, we missed every single time entrance to their underground car park. Entrance looks like close shop with shutters down. Now what we liked , location, it’s perfect nothing to adding, hotel staff, very friendly and helpful, food (breakfast) I love it. Overall, personally I recommend and if come back to Barcelona again have my place already

I highly recommend it
Pros:

The hotel was very good, with delicious breakfasts and clean rooms. The service was very friendly. I missed a kettle in the room, but that's not a problem for me. If I'm in Barcelona again, I'll return to this hotel :-))

Perfect hotel in the heart of Barcelona
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located, close to everything. The rooftop pool and hot tub are great. The room is small but cozy and has everything you need. The staff are very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Nothing to complain about – I highly recommend it.

El tamaño de las toallas de baño nos encantó. La facilidad de alojarse con mascota. Nos pusieron una cama que le encantó.

Pros:

Great, cheap location for a few days in Barcelona. Great, diverse breakfast as well. Good for young couples.
It's sitting at a fair walking distance from important city tourist objectives. TMB bus station just outside of the building, across the street.

Nice hotel and exactly as advertised. Fine for an inexpensive trip.
