Pros:

Das Flair dieses Hotels in einem schlossähnlichen Park ist wirklich toll. Der riesige Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen ein, außerdem ist es sehr ruhig. Es gab eine vernünftige Ausstattung (Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Maschine auf dem Zimmer). Man fühlt sich fast privilegiert, in so einem Anwesen zu übernachten.
Außerdem ist das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich gut.

Cons:

Dem noblen Ambiente stehen kleinere Unzulänglichkeiten entgegen, wie zum Beispiel der Sprung im Waschtisch, die billigen Pappbecher im Zimmer für Kaffeezubereitung, etwas schmucklose Zimmer (ein paar schöne Bilder an den Wänden hätten gut getan) und das an heutigen Standards gemessen allenfalls durchschnittliche Frühstücksangebot. Ich fürchte, die Übernahme durch die Fletcher-Gruppe hat den Spardruck erhöht, denn bei meinem letzten Besuch vor einigen Jahren war mir so etwas nicht aufgefallen. In Summe war aber das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis trotzdem sehr gut.
