Staff’s behavior, still we need to pay for many drinks even if it is all inclusive which is so weird. Not really many bars they have
The location and the beach. The staff all friendly. Good options in the all inclusive food.
Smell of the room. Smelt like sewage. Getting a taxi to town took from 20 mins to 1 hour on the 4 occasions we did it.
Gorgeous location, beach was next to hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were lovely
Onsite dinner was pricey and not good enough for the price. Very convenient and not bad but not good enough for the price!

My partner and I had a one week stay at this hotel in July, it was our first visit there, from the moment we arrived, the high standards and friendliness of the staff was evident, the hotel is spotless and beautifully kept, the food choice in the main restaurant is fantastic and again of very high standards, there are three other restaurants which are also amazing, the Italian in particular was our favourite, the manager there Felix made sure our dining experience was a good one! There are two pools with plenty of sun beds and a poolside snack bar, be ready for the quantity in these ‘snacks’ it’s a lot!! We went all inclusive which was definitely value for money, two visits to the à la cart restaurants are included, the alcohol and cocktail choice is great, the staff everywhere were friendly and helpful, the rooms, we had a standard double with a balcony overlooking the pool which was lovely, the main bar has a beautiful terrace with lots of lovely seating around it, perfect for afternoon drinks or inside for some shade, a five min walk from the hotel gets you to some
lovely bars, restaurants and little shops, 10 min walk away is the gorgeous harbour which again has a good range of bars and restaurants, lastly I have to mention the beautiful and amazing Manager, Maru, her friendliness and kindness made our holiday a special one, all round this hotel gets a 10/10 from us and we are definitely booking again next year!

Maria was so welcoming on our first night in Majorca, what a lovely welcome we arrived late and everyone was so welcoming thank you.
We loved the my favourite club faculties, the food was great, loads of sunloungers and easy access to the pool and beach
It was quite noisy, with our room located above the restaurant, the music playing here woke us at 7am
Additionally, throughout the night we could hear closing of doors from other guests
