Pros:

The location and the food was good. The staff was nice

Cons:

The bathroom shower 🚿 was not working and the tv command as well. The bathroom in general could have been better, there was some stains in the shower

Un bel emplacement ne suffit pas quand l'organisation est aussi défaillante. Malgré ça merci à Samira, le jeune homm
Pros:

• Emplacement : Accès direct à la mer, très agréable.

• Personnel de chambre : Un immense merci aux femmes de ménage. Elles sont polies, chaleureuses et toujours souriantes, ce qui sauve un peu l'accueil global.

• Cuisine : Buffet du matin varié et de bonne qualité, avec des cuisiniers accueillants.

Cons:

• Accueil et signalisation : C'est très mal expliqué. L'hôtel est divisé en deux (Rive Gauche / Rive Droite).

Le premier jour, nous sommes allés à l'hôtel principal pour apprendre qu'il fallait repartir de l'autre côté.

Problème de facturation à l'arrivée : Après le vol et 1h de trajet depuis l'aéroport, on a tenté de me faire repayer ma réservation alors que tout était déjà booké ! Heureusement que j'ai été vigilante malgré la fatigue, mais c'est épuisant de devoir se justifier dès l'arrivée.

• Agencement épuisant : L'architecture oblige à monter des escaliers en permanence et à traverser les zones communes devant tout le monde pour accéder au restaurant. C'est très barbant au quotidien.

• Service au petit-déjeuner : Le personnel de salle est dans un "rush" permanent et nous considère à peine. C'est une bataille pour ne pas voir son assiette finir à la poubelle dès qu'on va se servir. Ce gaspillage alimentaire est honteux et stressant dès le réveil.

• Sécurité incohérente : On nous demande de nous taire dans la chambre alors que nous ne faisions rien, mais personne n'intervient quand une fête s’installe la nuit dans les couloirs.

Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location with a beautiful beach nearby. It’s also just a two-minute walk to a bus stop, which makes it easy to reach almost any part of the island. The place is clean overall, and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The only minor downside is that the shower could use an upgrade, as it looks quite outdated.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the noise. My room was located directly above the bar, and every evening there were concerts or entertainment programs. During the first few days, it was just singing, and while still audible even with the doors closed, it was manageable. However, on the last day of my stay, live instruments were played, and the noise was unbearable. It was impossible to fall asleep. The events usually last until around 10:30 PM, and even that feels too late given the poor sound insulation. Either the soundproofing needs serious improvement, or these events should end earlier. The current noise levels make it very difficult to rest comfortably.

Best hotel ever!
Pros:

It was the best. The beach was so close and there was so many things you could do in the hotel. They also had entertainment and the staff were so lovely and kind and the food was amazing. I really recommend it to everyone who wants to just enjoy and rest and eat delicious foods.

Cons:

The only thing was that when I asked for alkoholfrie drinks it wasn’t alkoholfrie sometimes and I had to double check and everything. Other than that they were amazing really.

Prachtige locatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend aardig. Vooral Maru (Deputy Manager) is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij en Mike is grappig en komt graag een praatje maken met zijn gasten. Er is altijd iets te doen in dit hotel! Het bed is heerlijk en de locatie prachtig.

Cons:

Ik kan niet veel negatiefs bedenken. Het enige wat ik kan noemen is dat het jammer is dat ze gestopt zijn met dagelijks een nieuwe waterfles op de kamer brengen (bij all inclusive). Echt een supermooi hotel vind ik het niet, maar dat is logisch voor deze prijs.

Zunaj je konstantno prižgana luč, tudi ponoči in je v sobi kar svetlo. Čez stene se vse sliši, tudi ko kdo hodi po stopnicah, sliši se pogovor iz sosednje sobe. V sobi so bile mravlje. Voda iz pipe ima grozen okus, težko si z njo opereš tudi zobe. V sobi je bil grozen vonj po kloru.

Great location…plenty on your doorstep or you don’t need to mice..eclectic mix of people staying may get a little lively

Location was lovely..lovely beach cove ,secluded..but right outside the front door was bars & the odd shop.;
Great walks..lovely staff

Spa looked a little dated…but didn’t choose the hotel for that though…
