Relaxte sfeer bij het hotel.
Pros:

Ontzettend goed ontbijtbuffet. We hebben ook een keer het lunch buffet gedaan. Deze was ook prima. Maar omdat we alleen maar het ontbijt erbij hadden, hebben we dit maar 1x gedaan. We pakten vaak wat bij de bar bij het zwembad en dat was ook meer dan voldoende om te lunchen. Entertainment bij het zwembad was ook super geregeld.
En het personeel overal is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Wij vinden het zelf fijner dat je bij een restaurant uit de kaart kunt kiezen wat je graag wilt eten. Er zijn verschillende restaurants bij het hotel. Nu had je 3 gangen menu voor een vast bedrag. Je kon dan wel uit verschillende voor en hoofdgerechten kiezen. En dat is prima voor een grote eter. Maar zelf vond ik het dan erg veel. Grote porties. Ik heb dan liever 1 gerecht, zodat je niet te veel laat staan.

Beautiful location and excellent staff, but not quite what we expected from a 4-star adults-only resort
Pros:

The staff and service were definitely the highlight of our stay. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and they really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. When I mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, they offered us a complimentary bottle of cava for our room, which was a really sweet gesture and much appreciated.

The location is gorgeous, with a beautiful setting and the Cala d'Or Marina close enough to easily reach for dinner if you want to eat outside the resort. We would definitely recommend going into Cala d'Or once or twice if your budget allows, as we found the restaurants there considerably better than the dining options at the resort.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the resort itself feels like it needs quite a bit of renovation and maintenance. The soundproofing is particularly poor. We could hear people talking in the hallway, doors being shut, noise from outside and even people in neighbouring rooms. For an adults-only resort where you're paying for a calm and relaxing atmosphere, this was quite disappointing.

The tap and shower water is also salty, meaning you need to buy bottled water. Our kettle leaked from the handle and burned my hand slightly as well. These things may seem minor individually, but together they contribute to the feeling that the resort isn't quite at the standard you would expect from a 4-star property. The resort is, however, clean overall.

The food was probably the biggest disappointment. The à la carte restaurants were pretty average, and not everything seemed particularly fresh. Some dishes were honestly overcooked and tasteless, and the bread was hard as a rock. The à la carte breakfast at Marea was a notable exception. It was genuinely very good, and the location of the restaurant is stunning.

The breakfast buffets were fairly average. The fruit especially didn't seem ripe, while some of the pastries were dry and seemed like they were from the previous day. The main dinner buffet was also very hit or miss. Some dishes were well made, while others were honestly bland and overcooked. Lunch at the beach club was good, although very basic and a little expensive for what it was.

Finding a sun lounger was also quite difficult. Many were occupied by towels even though nobody was actually using them. The resort staff told us towels are supposed to be removed after a certain amount of time is the loungers are unused, but we saw some sitting there for most of the day.

We specifically chose this resort because it is adults-only and expected it to be calm and peaceful.

IMPRESIONANTE E INOLVIDABLE
Pros:

Todo en general es maravilloso, desde que llegas la atencion del personal es insuperable, las vistas son excepcionales a la cala Egos que es de ensueño. El hotel cuenta con varios restaurantes muy buenos, el desayuno tienes de todo,la animacion y las piscinas estan muy bien.
Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos y ahora contando los dias para poder volver.
Gracias a todo el equipo de Alua y a Maru por el trabajo que hace sois un encanto, nos volveremos a ver

Adult all inclusive resort in sunny Cala d’or
Pros:

Solo traveller looking for all inclusive adult resort to relax. Plenty of sunbathing chairs, buffet meals are delicious and nutritious, every night food is different, I stayed 5 nights. Evening shows are entertaining.

Bus stop only 6-7 mins walk away , the bus can take you to Palma or town nearby.

Pros:

Świetne miejsce na relax, przemiły i uśmiechnięty personel, który powoduje ze wszyscy czują sie zaopiekowani, najładniejsza zatoka w okolicy, pokoje ładne i czyste, animacje bardzo różnorodne każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wieczorne atrakcje niesamowite taniec i muzyka na żywo. Cudowny pomysł z silent disco mnóstwo ludzi wzięło w nim udział. Jednym słowem świetna zabawa. Jedzienie pyszne i świeże. W okolicy małe stragany dzie mozna kupić pamiątki, rzeczy na plażę i coś do opalania. Dwa duże baseny i blisko morze czego chcieć więcej. Bar przy basench pyszne drinki. Bardzo udane wakacje polecamy !

Femme de ménage à relancer sinon la chambre n’était pas faite avant 16h
