Exceptional stay and experience
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous hotel from the moment we arrived to our departure, the staff, room, facilities, cleanliness, location, everything was perfect. A big thankyou to Steph at reception who welcomed us warmly and even arranged a cupcake to be delivered to our room for my daughter’s birthday, a lovely touch. We will be back in a heartbeat next time we are in Melbourne.
