The soon on the beds were far too hot which made the nights uncomfortable. How and sweaty with air conditioner on.
Had food in The fridge which got ruined. Freezer tray dripping water on food beneath. Had to throw out home cooked food I took to Melbourne for my son. Disappointing!

Fun family getaway, with nostalgic styling of the hotel (which we liked). The grand staircase was a fancy feature. The pool was fun for our toddler. Buffet breakfast was a real treat, with a lovely view.
The view from our room was very average (looking at buildings). The in-room food was very basic and expensive.
Everything.. just a wonderful relaxing time.
The late snack in my room , could have been better prepared, in overall Cold nachos dont go far ,on a normal plate , a better serving dish ( sizzling) nachos i thought would have been perfect with more cheese & salsa , side dish of soul cream & avocado...
We just love the ambience of the hotel and its central to everything in the city.

Beim Frühstück war es sooo überfüllt, dass wir 20 Minuten auf den Kaffee warten mussten. Hier würde sich eine zusätzliche Selbstbedienungsmaschine anbieten
The staff were very accommodating and non-discriminatory. Staff ensured that disability/accessibility requirements were respected and honoured.
Staff offered a unique experience, made us feel welcome and provided an unforgettable honeymoon experience.
Breakfast buffet was delicious, fresh and healthy with plenty of variety for all dietary requirements.
Special effort was taken by staff members Sarah and Grace to ensure the experience was one of a kind and that all our needs were met. The friendly staff are definitely one of the main assets the hotel has to offer.
It was a welcoming and refreshing experience and the complimentary champagne made for a perfect celebration to top off a warm, comfortable and accommodating stay.
We will definitely be back!
