Pros:

The valet and reception staff were excellent.

Cons:

Its more than 10 years since I last stayed at the Langham. I feel that the rooms and all the public areas are a little dated now. The bar area is an unusual sort of cafe and bar, but for a late evening drink quite unappealing ... a bit too cafeteria-like. I stayed in room 1225, the walls seem to transmit sound...we had very loud people adjacent during the night.

Great location and would recommend to a friend.
Pros:

The location was perfect, great views of the river and close to the train and trams. The breakfast was an amazing experience where they will cook eggs you're liking, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had drinks and nibbles at bar and this was relaxing and had good service.

I booked for 3 adults and 2 children but there were 4 single beds which mean't one child had to share a bed
When I arrived they said there were 2 king beds but they weren't, they were 2 single beds pushed together, a bit deceptive
