The beds are like marshmallows & the scent of the facility is delightful
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The valet parking, welcoming concierge & helpful reception staff were all wonderful. The house keeping & restaurant staff were all friendly & do a fantastic service. The scent upon entering the facility is delightful.

Cons:

Probably the price would be the only dislike if I had to pick something.

A fantastic accommodation that I highly recommend.
Pros:

Many things:
Perfect position in all directions, going to rod laver or into the city centre. Fantastic facilities & awesome staff. I recommend this highly. The view from the spa was fantastic at night & all facilities in the pool spa area including the spa treatment centre sauna & steam room gym pool were exceptional.

Expected a better bed

The best hotel in Melbourne
Pros:

Of all the trips I’ve taken around the world, I could say this hotel is in my top three. The beds are extremely comfortable, the check-in/check-out service is fast and efficient, the staff is kind and always smiling, and the breakfast is perfect (with plenty of options to choose from). The pink pencils and phones are charming. The location in Melbourne is unbeatable. I would stay here a thousand times again. I loved the view and the spirit of service.

Nice hotel for a weekend
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The room is spacious, although the furniture is a bit old. The indoor swimming pool and spa are very comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay.

Cons:

We booked a twin room with a shower and separate bathtub. When we checked in and found there was no bathtub in the room. We called the front desk and were told all bathtub rooms were already booked. They changed us to another room later.

The check-in staff was not very friendly and made us feel uncomfortable. She even hung up the phone before we finished talking.

However, the other staff, including the housekeeper and luggage staff, were very nice. Overall, the stay was okay, but the first impression was not very welcoming.
