Wonderful Stay!
Pros:

The Langham was a great place to stay. Close to all city activities and a few metres from the Yarra River. Staff were friendly and our room was spacious. Enjoyed the yummy breakfast too.

Good location unsure if I will stay again
Pros:

Location great for arts centre, gallery, south bank precinct. Staff helpful. Easy to access self parking.

Cons:

Tv was not working when we arrived. Couldn’t turn it off. It took several attempts and staff members to fix and an hour or so till sorted ( a new aTv ) . Thank you to engineer Fredo ?
Difficult access to only power point beside bed for phone charging. No top sheet on bed, only doona. Very hot for sleeping. In room dining, not a great experience. The soup was left uneaten. Very unpleasant flavour. I think seafood bisque, it was not identified on menu and server didn’t know what it was.
Salad underdressed or not dressed, we needed to phone for more dressing.

I love everything about the Langham. This was our second time staying here, the beds are the best, staff are brilliant and the location is perfect.

Sumptuous breakfast
Pros:

We stayed two nights at the Langham. The location is excellent for shopping, visiting the gallery and getting around Melbourne. Our room was spacious with a great view over the river. We dined two nights in the hotel and had delicious meals. The breakfasts are very generous with lots of choice.

My main concern was with the bathroom
I am disabled and found the shower a little small and you don’t have the telephone hose option like the other 5 stars hotel.

Fabulous and could improve.
Pros:

Fabulous place and furnishings. Spacious room with a great view. We were gifted a gorgeous anniversary cake as well. Loved the pool.

Cons:

A strange negative, but the toilet paper could definitely be upgraded.

The staff didn't really connect with people to make it special. They did their jobs but lacked the connection. (On the reception desks and in the bar).

The Aria bar lacked any personality or vibe.
