Pros:

The Langham is timeless and never disappoints, the breakfast buffet is very extensive and a absolute delight
Rooftop pool area is always improving lots of umbrellas and seating options
The beds are divine to sleep in i slept so well surrounded by a cloud of pillows

Cons:

The hairdryer was missing nozzle and i do miss not having available a shower cap and the little extras that you may need ie cotton buds, seeing kit etc
The WIFI on the roof top was not the best but that may have been due to my new prepaid phone

Nice location...rooms/furnishings showing their age.
Cons:

Hotel sent optional services as enhancements, including early check in for fee. I accepted, then received a subsequent message stating it was unavailable. Why send it and disappoint client if not available to begin with?

Desperately needs TLC
Pros:

The location is lovely. Great view over the Yarra River.

Cons:

It was my favourite hotel...a little luxury. The room I had this stay needed a refurbishment. The furniture was banged about and the marble bench top where the tea and coffee was was cracked in half. The kettle and hair accessories weren't high-end. I felt disappointed.

As wonderful as always
Pros:

This was our second stay, unexpectedly prolonged by global issues.For all its luxe feel, the hotel feels warm and welcoming, with an unrivalled central location and outlook. We love it.

A good located hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are wonderful.

Cons:

Some parts look very tired, peeling off wallpaper, stained carpets. For the price you do expect them to reinvest into the hotel.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We always stay at The Langham & it never disappoints. We spent 6 days here & had a Club room. The Langham Club lounge is brilliant & the 2 team members who were in charge were impressive. We would like to commend Alvio & Chloe for their wonderful customer service. They lead by example & have a great team.

Fabulous stay, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, we were upgraded which was lovely, bags were delivered to our room. Good location. A really enjoyable stay.

Party goin on in conf suite opposite to our room which was very noisy so asked to move following day.
