Excellent Hotel, facilities and the staff are all extremely friendly. This was our third time here and it was just as wonderful as the first. The food is lovely, lots of choice and always hot. The pool areas, of which there are four are perfect. One pool area is quiet with no music if you want total peace the other have music playing, but at a nice volume to be relaxing. The rooms are lovely, we had no problem with the air conditioning, our room was always just cool enough after a long day in the sun. The cleaners do an amazing job and are always friendly, in fact the whole team at the hotel are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The evenings are just as enjoyable, with acts and the animation team, keeping us all entertained. The shuttle bus to the Medina was great to use and the driver was lovely. Thank you all once again, already looking to be back in September.

Standard rooms are small but seriously needs air con fixing.43 degrees when we were staying so late thirties in the evening and the air con doesn’t work.All you have is and overhead fan really uncomfortable temps to sleep in.
Also literally in the middle of nowhere
Room good decor but little touchs such as the balcony getting a brush for leaves or the toilet roll holder falling off

We just returned to the UK. Had a great time. The cleanliness must be mentioned and pass on the congratulations to all the team. Just as an example, we could hear them washing (not only mopping!) the corridors every morning before 8am!
The friendliness, efficiency and professionalism are outstanding. Always with a warm smile.
Our room was on the ground floor. Spacious and comfortable.
It’s an adult only hotel. One can choose to chill and have quietness or get involved in activities and entertainment.
Three different pools to please you.
Plenty of options of drinks whether they’re alcoholic or non alcoholic.
Didn’t see anyone over the limit causing trouble.
Food is varied and reasonable. No one will go hungry. There will always be something to please you.
We spent 10 lovely days there.
Had a private driving service (Mehdi 00 212728 989533). The guy is fantastic and will go out of his way to look after you. We can thoroughly recommend him.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to the gentleman and lady at the reception, who went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed anything. He assisted us with booking taxis, gave us great recommendations where to go, and even helped us find and book a new boat tour after our original one was canceled just five minutes before departure.

Everything about our stay was a 10/10 experience. We felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would happily stay here again!

Enjoyed having the pool access! Decor is beautiful and the maintenance is amazing.

Well it’s average at best, some rude u helpful staff and general can’t be bothered to help attitude not what I would expect from this group

After 10 days here we’re are just disappointed, so to start, location is good the rest:

Never enough towels to get fresh ones
People hog sun beds all day but maybe use for an hour in the evening though I appreciate a common issue
Food is ok
Food poisoning seems a problem regardless of what county you come from
Lacklustre air conditioning room will not go below 25c which is terrible and told nothing they can do as it’s an old building.
Security at gate very friendly
Would I go to Marrakesh again yes and have been before also, would I stay here no never again

Small pool

This hotel is outstanding especially the way the staff treat all the customers like family ... me and my partner as been to the same hotel 6 times now and we will definitely be coming back next year ... the staff can't do enough for you especially when they know what you drink for example if your glass is half empty they are they straight away ... nothing is to much trouble for them ... the kitchen staff will cater for all people even with certain allergies they are actually brilliant and the bar staff are always pleasant and there is always a nice atmosphere in the bar and surrounding area the cleaning staff always busy .. as I said earlier we have been to this beautiful hotel 6 times that's the reason why we keep on coming back ... well done to all the Staff.....
