Lovely hotel, staff could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable

Staff were wonderful and very helpful

Cons:

One outside swimming pool could have been heated in May. Was not easy to swim or do the aqua fit class as too cold in big pool.
Could have been easier to find gluten free bread and soya milk. This could have been put out and labelled at breakfast and dinner as other hotels do.
Would have been good to have sorbet, one option with no milk or gluten or eggs to suit every one’s diet. Sometimes no dessert my daughter could eat but dining staff always very helpful.
I am afraid reception are not clear about costs of tours which can be obtained at a much fairer price elsewhere

Pros:

My second stay, and it was wonderful. Super friendly staff, brilliant location and great hotel facilities! Nice choice of food, really relaxing stay. Enjoyed our daily tortoise spotting. Mohmed shop just round the corner is great value for money too

Cons:

Hairdryers in the bathrooms, very slow and difficult to keep on when trying to dry hair. Bathroom also slightly dated and had the occasional sewage smell

Fantastic holiday
Pros:

Had a fantastic stay at the Riu Tikida Gardens. The facilities are amazing and well maintained, the food is lovely and the staff are so attentive and friendly. Hamza in the hospitality team made our stay so special, he was welcoming at every service and gave us great recommendations for the local area - thank you!

De personeel nie zo vriendelijk en rare mensen en het eten trekt op Nieks echt via foto’s en TikTok kijk da echt veel en lekker maar er is echt nie veel te eten en nie lekker en de service daar dikke 0 geen doekjes bestek te kort aan bestek en niemand komt lege borden ophalen zo groot zaal en die kijken daar maar gewoon die bewegen amper daar ik ben veel naar resorts in Marakech geweest ik ben hier al een week en ik ga elk dag naar een ander hotel voor te zien wa beter is maar deze is geen aanrader echt helemaal niet voor mij een dikke 0 om eerlijk te zijn personeel trekt op Nieks maar echt. Nieks voor mij de eerste keer daar en de laatste keer en een goeie tip voor de mensen die daar willen boeken echt nie doen er zijn zo veel resorts da je kan gaan en zelfde prijs en 100 keer beter ik vin da echt raar dat ze mooi beoordeling krijgen dat is echt niet waar de eenigste wat goed is is proper da mag wel gezecht worden en de zwembaden die zijn ook mooi das al

Szép, gondozott kert. A szobák takarítása tökéletes volt. Nem tudom, hogy ez minden szobára igaz volt-e, de a mi szobánkat magas színvonalon takarították nap, mint nap. Sajnos a hölggyel nem találkoztunk, így nem tudom a nevét.

Cons:

Több RIU hotelben voltunk már, de ez a leggyengébb mind közül. A szobában folyékony szappanon kívül semmilyen pipere nem volt elérhető (még a legalapabb szolgáltatást nyújtó szállodákban is több dologot adnak) A szobában első nap kaptunk egy ásványvízet, azon kívül semmi mást nem kaptunk. Az étel, ital választék nagyon fantáziátlan és gyenge a választék is. Az egy hét alatt, szinte minden nap ugyan az volt elérhető. Pezsgő nem elérhető sem a reggelinél, sem a bárban. A nyugágyak nagyon régiek. A medencék nem fűtöttek, így kora tavasszal nem igazán használta senki, mert jéghideg volt a víz.

Lovely stay, very clean and tidy, the staff were amazing.

Towels were on beds by half 6am.
Pools were FREEZING.
Food was very repetitive but it was OK.
Cheap drinks, but OK.
Gym had no aircon so was extremely hot, and didn’t open until 9am.
