Beautiful setting
Lots of space didn’t feel cramped around the pool.
Staff were very friendly across the whole hotel.
Miloud in particular was just the best chap.
we saw him every day at breakfast and lunch
He was very kind and very attentive

We were booked into the Tikida Gardens but when we arrived (at near midnight) we were told the hotel was fully booked and we had to go instead to another hotel which was not adults only. Hence the bad review since we didn’t get to stay at the hotel we booked.

Just come back from this hotel and can honestly say it was brilliant,food good,rooms good and staff all helpful and good at their jobs,would highly recommend

This hotel is beautiful, the pools and communal areas are stunning, and the location is ideal, being just 5 mins drive from the Medina. The rooms are spacious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall I would definitely recommend here, and would stay again.

My only gripes are that we went to reception to ask for them to arrange taxis for us for the next few days as we were a group of 4 friends in Marrakesh to play golf. The reception staff arranged this and the quotes were between 500 - 700 dirham return per trip. (£50 - £70) which was a lot more than we expected. I had previously read about visiting Mohammed’s shop which is just outside of the hotel, and I must say it was the best decision I made. We paid 300 Dirham return for each trip regardless of distance. The driver (Samir) and Mohammed in the shop could not have been more helpful! DO NOT PAY RECEPTION PRICES!

Secondly, I had food poisoning during my stay and in my opinion it was from some undercooked Calamari, of which I was thankfully the only person in my group to eat. Thankfully I was find by the following day,

Another excellent stay in this beautiful hotel. We first visited in April 2024 and overlooked the main pool area which was beautiful. This time in March 2026 we overlooked the quiet pool area which was idyllic. The hotel staff work incredibly hard and everywhere is spotlessly clean. They are always polite and friendly and helped us to have a wonderful holiday on both occasions - notably Amin and Yassine in the restaurants. The TUI activities were a bit disappointing due to organisation by the reps, especially when the weather was inclement/raining but still delivering these outside. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday and exploring the Medina and Souks via the free hotel shuttle bus, which is well worth utilising by booking in advance. Thank you for another lovely holiday!

What a great job the staff are doing; we’re experiencing the craziest of weather, hot daily but absolutely torrential rain overnight, the clean up operation each morning, removing any standing water and fallen debris from the trees is amazing!! Also I don’t think I’ve ever had such a clean and well looked after room (275) in all my holidays, big shout out to Saida our cleaner she is phenomenal!

Great location and a lovely clean hotel with some decent evening entertainment, albeit only one bar open in the evening in the main bar area, with no waiter service available, they were quick to serve.
Food was average, the usual cobbling together a plate of food you wouldn’t constitute as a ‘meal’ at home, but I am a vegetarian/almost vegan so I have learned to love salads & vegetables but I was very disappointed with the choice and monotony of what was on offer. I do recommend the pasta station!
Weather wasn’t fantastic but that can’t be helped. Really enjoyed the trip round the souks courtesy of the free shuttle bus from the hotel, this is a must and despite words of caution from the Reps, we felt very safe.
Our biggest gripe, and one that causes us to mark down the hotel is the service or lack thereof.
If you were lucky to have been ‘chosen’ by a waiter (or pay him) you got everything you needed, from a dinner table saved for you in the evening, to plenty of refills of wine/drinks etc. You even managed to have your table cleared of used plates! However if you were not one of the chosen few none of this was forthcoming. Yesterday evening we were ignored as we dared to sit at a table that a waiter had clearly saved for someone else so our punishment was no drink refill and no plates cleared, not the first time this happened!
Now, we understand the concept of tipping but we will only tip after receiving good service and not to make sure we get it, that should be standard! So in all, although it didn’t spoil our week away, it doesn’t make us want to return any time soon.

The style and cleanliness of the hotel matched other 5* places I’ve visited around the world - modern and spacious rooms, 4 pools all of which were clean and lots of sunbeds (never had to worry about getting one). Note the pool
Is not heated and was cold but I got used to it!

Friendly Staff

We absolutely loved Tikida Gardens, I wasn’t too impressed by the food it was buffet and I am quite short so couldn’t easily see the notices of what was being offed which once or twice resulted in unusual choices.
, mu fault I couldn’t read it.the drinks were ok my family two daughters and husband loved the but I am not a drinker really so didn’t concern me overly. The best thing about the hotel is the amazing staff who could not do enough for you. So much so we are next month booking to go in 2027
