Le calme ,les jardins, le personnel

Cons:

On n à pas profité de la piscine chauffée c'est catastrophique des morceaux de plafond qui tombent dans la piscine au moment où les gens nageait dedans !!!!

INCROYABLE séjour.
Pros:

TOUT était Parfait , le personnel sont tellement agréables , souriants .. on se sent chez soi , merci a eux , c’est notre première fois au riu garden et on va revenir .

C'est dommage !
Il faudrait un chef cuisinier, chef pâtissier et un responsable achat denrée alimentaire à la hauteur de ce que j'ai connu par le passé dans la chaine RIU.
Pourtant la cuisine marocaine est réputée et les primeurs, viandes fruits sont abondante et de très bonne qualité.
Exemples de ce qui est proposé aux repas:
Petit déjeuner : veinoiserie bas de gamme, jus d'orange dilué, crêpes mal cuite et mssemen gras, café de machine dégueulasse.
Déjeuner et diner: poisson congelé fade, steak poulet cramé, émincé de dinde fade avec beaucoup de sauce blanche grasse, pattes fades grasses et sans saveur, pizza mal cuite avec peu où pas de garniture, soupes fades, salades pauvres ou indigestes, gâteaux et desserts grossiers...
Même si c'est du tourismes de masse, avec des denrées alimentaires de qualité et en abondance au Maroc, on pourrait préparer des repas délicieux et digeste !
C'est bien dommage !

Retirex Irish couple back in Morrocco AGAIN.
Pros:

This is a typical TUI Holiday Hotel as you would have anywhere in the world. It has the usual entertainment, Karaoke, Darts, Pool Games etc. We stayed here over Christmas 2025 and the definitely rolled our the carpet. Extremely well decorated, very nice entertainment, champagne and coctail reception. before Christmas Eve dinner. Food was very very good and the wine was very drinkable. The food in general was excellent and every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Pros:

L'hôtel est tres propre. Le personnel tres serviable en general tres gentil. La direction tres sympathique a veiller à la satisfaction des clients et tres à l'écoute.
L'accueil est tres sympathique serviable ainsi que les gardes de sécurité de jour comme de nuit.
L'hôtel est magnifique ainsi que l'accès piscine qui est tres propre aussi. Les jardins et allées tres propre et bien entretenu.
Les restaurants égalements propre et le personnels aux petits soins, serviables, et sympathique.

Cons:

L'équipe d'animations qui ne s'intéressent ou ignorent les personnes qui ne jouent pas avec eux. Peu sympathique.. Ne parle pas beaucoup le français. Nous avons apprécié la chanteuse Stella. Dommage que d'autres soirées ne sont pas animées le soir comme dans autres certains hôtels a Marrakech et dans d'autres Riu où nous avons pu voyager.
Les repas déjeuners sont toujours pareils mais bons ...

Thanks to the dinner staff, amazing !
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner staff, particularly Laarbi,
Mohamed and El Habib were EXEPTIONAL. Usually I credit entertainment teams for making a holiday but these 3 in the restaurant went above and beyond daily and reall made it what it was, such a great team !

Cons:

A snack bar outside would have been ideal, however this is not a moan and I have zero complaints

The pool area and spa were really nice.

Cons:

The breakfast options and the lack of 24/7 food. At an all inclusive I would expect food to be available at all times however at some hours of the day there was no access to food.
