Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel à toutes heures. Bravo

Cons:

Le manque de soin des chambres. Manque de propreté et les lits king size à 2 matelas qui s'ouvre au milieu la nuit c'est horrible

Super Frühstück, sonst ewas antiquiert, aber OK für kurze Zeit !

Sehr gutes Frühstück, am Ende des Ortes mit viel Garten ringsum ! alles ebenerdig zu nutzen ist hier möglich (Hälfte der Zimmer ebenerdig zum Parkplatz). Große Tischplatte vor dem Fenster, aber nur 1 Sessel dort vorhaden, weil auch nur sehr wenig Platz neben dem Bett

Cons:

Ein "Motel" wie in alten US-Filmen, das einzige Fenster geht zum Parkplatz, jeder kann reinschaum, wenn er vorbeigeht. Keine Dusche, sondern eine etwas rutschige Mini-Badewanne. Viel zu kurze Kleiderstange, aber immerhin mit Beleuchtung. Ziemlich eng rund ums Doppelbett, 50cm dort wo die Tischplatte ist und gar nur 30cm auf der anderen Seite, dort aber hat man mitten auf der Wand eine große, hervorstehende Wandlampe... Wir waren etwas zu früh beim Check-in, man hat aber schon mal die Daten kontrolliert.... ABER, auf die Frage ob wir hier ein WC benützen dürfen, hiess es, NEIN, bei uns haben nur die Zimmer ein WC, nicht aber das Haus mit der Rezeption und dem Frühstücksbuffet ! !!

Convenient location and good breakfast, but poor communication and unresolved problems made the stay disappointing.
Pros:

The location is convenient if you are travelling by car, with easy access to the main roads. The breakfast was also good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, communication was quite difficult as very few staff members spoke English. Our toilet became blocked, and the staff were unable to help us, so we had to spend our last day without being able to use it. We were also told that an iron would be available, but later it was taken away and we could not use it. Breakfast ending at 9 a.m. on weekdays is also quite early and inconvenient.

C'était propre, lit comfortable. L'emplacement est pratique

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivé a 2h du matin. Personne pour nous ouvrir. Attente de 15 minutes. Inadmissible.
Retard de 5 minutes pour le déjeuner. Refus catégorique. Donc personnel désagréable et incompetent.

Ligger mitt i ett industriområde, är lite mörkt att promenera hem. Tog ingen frukost på hotellet. Kändes inte välkomnande.

La chasse d eau du wc fonctionnait mal l.hotel est vieillot fenêtres ensemble ne justifie pas 80 euros la nuit par contre le matelas est excellent ensemble autrement très vieillisant

Pros:

Lovely staff and great for value, everything we needed and close proximity to two supermarkets and a bakery. Chantilly is a gorgeous town.

Cons:

A short distance from town and the train station although the walk was lovely. We had a small bit of difficulty with the see through blinds before discovering that there was a button (on the right of the blinds in our room) that lowers an external shutter. Once that was sorted it was very comfortable.

Juste pour une nuit
Pros:

Près de la ville. Accueil agréable . Lit confortable

Cons:

Bruit climatisation extérieur. Réveil désagréable à cause du bruit venant des stations de nettoyage pour voitures à côté. Système de chauffage obsolète, je l'ai lancé en plein été en appuyant sur l'intérupteur croyant que c'était l'éclairage pour la salle de bain , j'ai galèrer à l'éteindre.

L'emplacement. Hotel bien situé, très calme. Super grand lit très confortable

Cons:

Hotel vieillissant La baignoire, car nous préférons la douche et la chambre est un peu petite par rapport au lit qui est immense
