I was given first room and had to change the room as aircon was not working.
There was no facilities like basic needs like kettle and hair dryer.
There was no water, tea, coffee and milk in the room. Water is something at least the hotel could provide free in the room.
There was no privacy as i was still in my room and the cleaner opened my room door with her own key without warning, luckily i was fully dressed.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and fell well below expectations.

The bathroom was extremely small, to the point that I could barely turn around in the shower cubicle. The sink was also blocked, which we reported, but no one came to fix it during our stay.

The room itself had no particularly pleasant view, and the breakfast offering was very limited and unappealing, so we ultimately chose not to have it. Rather surprisingly, even tea and coffee were charged separately rather than being included.

Another frustration was the hotel's approach to luggage storage. We were charged £3 per bag simply to leave our luggage after checkout. More concerning was my uncle's experience: the hotel had booked him into two different rooms because they were unable to accommodate his stay continuously in the same room. Despite the room change being caused by the hotel's own arrangements, they still attempted to charge him to store his luggage for approximately three hours between checking out of one room and being able to access the next. This seemed particularly unreasonable.

Access is also inconvenient. Taxis and Ubers were not permitted to come to the hotel entrance, meaning we had to walk around five minutes to the compound gate with our luggage to meet our Uber. The hotel itself is a considerable walk from the gate, which is especially inconvenient when arriving or departing with bags, travelling with older family members, or in poor weather.

Overall, the combination of the extremely cramped bathroom, unresolved maintenance issue, poor breakfast offering, additional charges for basic items and luggage storage, and inconvenient vehicle access made the stay much less comfortable than expected. There are several relatively simple areas where the hotel could substantially improve the guest experience.

Falta de limpieza. Debajo de las camas y en los rincones había mucha suciedad.
No había secador de pelo.

Habitación antigua, poco insonorizada (no hubo mucho ruido, lo justo de la gente en el pasillo cuando iba a su habitación), baño y habitación pequeño. Desayuno justo: croissants, pan y mermeladas, jamón dulce y queso. Correcto para hotel de paso.
