Hotel in posizione ottima per andare a Disneyland a solo 2 fermate,a 2 passi anche 1 centro commerciale.

The bed was quite comfortable.
Hotel undergoing renovations. I was not warned of this. The reception was full of scaffolding and tools with a strong smell of paint. The lift was cladded with wood to protect it from the workers. Upstairs was dusty and unfinished. There was no proper breakfast due to the lack of facilities, just a croissant at the reception. The icing on the cake was the lack of bed clothes for our two children and the receptionist couldn't offer any help.

La struttura è attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione. Avevo prenotato una camera con colazione inclusa, ma a causa dei lavori la colazione veniva servita nella hall e consisteva semplicemente in un croissant e una bevanda preparata tramite distributore automatico dal personale.
Comprendo che i lavori di ristrutturazione possano essere necessari, tuttavia si tratta di interventi programmati e non decisi dall’oggi al domani. Per questo motivo avrei apprezzato una comunicazione preventiva al momento della prenotazione, così da poter valutare consapevolmente il servizio effettivamente disponibile.
Il disagio non è stato tanto legato ai lavori in sé, quanto alla mancanza di informazioni preventive e alla notevole differenza tra la colazione attesa e quella effettivamente offerta. Per il resto, il personale si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile.
pod wskazanym adresem hotel jest w remoncie i musiałem szukać obiektu zastępczego , bo okazało się ,że ktoś przejął gości ...2 godziny po nocy szukałem obiektu . Skandal i błędne wskazanie adresu naraziło mnie i rodzinę na dodatkowe koszty w wysokości 50 Euro i niebezpieczeństwo wędrówek po nocy w nieznanym terenie , które mam nadzieję zwrócicie po kontakcie ze mną. Zmieńcie skierowania do tego Hotelu , bo go nie ma pod tym adresem i ludzie tak jak my błądzą po okolicy.

Had interconnecting rooms and they were clean and comfortable. Perfect location for Paris and Disneyland and had everything we need
The air con didn’t work and after having 2 people looking at it we ended up with fans as no one could get it working. The interconnecting rooms was slightly annoying as there was so many doors blocking the actual interconnecting door

Personnel très agréable, propreté irréprochable, équipement super (billard, baby-foot, salle de sport climatisée, bar ouvert jusqu'à 23h, restaurant sur place. Literie confortable. Proximité de la gare à 10min à pied
L'isolation phonique est très juste, prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour les personnes au sommeil léger.
