El Sant Cugat

At check in counter I was asked, “what do you want?”
Waited for 25 minutes in bar downstairs while the waiters finished talking to each other so we could get menus and just as long to take our order.

Great experience

We opted to stay here for a couple of days instead of in Barcelona. Access to the city by train was easy and direct. The underground parking (fee) was clean and a nice option. Our room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast plentiful. Prior to our stay, staff were very communicative and helpful through WhatsApp. We found the in person reception to be a bit less warm but not problematic. Sant Cugat is a charming town and we really enjoyed the opportunity to explore it from the convenient location of the hotel.

Les employés sont très sympas et à l’écoute. On avait pris 2 chambres dont l’une était occupée par nos enfants. Les employés ont été à l’écoute pour la disposition des chambres (et pour nous donner des cartes supplémentaires gratuitement, même lorsqu’on en a perdu une). L’hôtel est calme (de manière générale la ville de Sant Cugat est assez calme). Les chambres et les salles de bains étaient vraiment propres. Les serviettes étaient changées un peu trop souvent. Ils pourraient économiser quelques lavages inutiles à mon avis. Petit déjeuner très bien. La terrasse légèrement ombragée à été agréable en août.

Friendly and helpful staff

No VIP Amenity. A great hotel, with super helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is basic, but adequate. The juice machine adds a nice extra to an otherwise basic continental with eggs and bacon/sausages.

I stayed here 4 nights on a business trip, and I highly recommend this hotel for either leisure or business. High standard of service and cleanliness, super convenient location. The hotel's bar & restaurant is good, plus there are lots of dining options and a couple of supermarkets nearby. The only thing I would suggest is to add some coffee in the room (I appreciate the kettle and tea but I'm a coffee drinker!)

Very good for business , no problem to come to Barcelona via S Bahn . Very nice stuff and cool, active town. Was a nice week

Över förväntan, det låg en bit utanför staden men det var mysigt att promenera runt i en liten ministad påväg till tunnelbanan.
Vi bokade en bit bort för att få ner priset och betalade runt 1500 vilket va väldigt prisvärt. Lite tråkigt att det var få mjölkfria alternativ till yoghurten, på frukosten.

This was our third stay while visiting our son at school in Sant Cugat. We love this hotel. The food is excellent, the staff friendly and quick to help, and the location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, the lobby is a great place to hang out on a rainy day and nothing beats their rooms with city views!

Bel hôtel, confortable, avec des chambres spacieuses et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner correct mais qui pourrait être plus varié et proposé plus tôt pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.
