Pros:

Depuis la rénovation de l’hôtel, j’ai beaucoup apprécié le changement et le confort de l’hôtel 👍, la chambre très propre, le lit très confortable ….
Pour le personnel toujours aussi accueillant, très aimable 🤩, surtout à l’écoute du client.

Ok ish stay, food good, but room and hotel needs improvement
Pros:

Given it was a 3 star hotel the breakfasts (buffet) and evening meal (main served, pudding buffet) were very good, especially as I enjoy puddings and this was buffet style.

Cons:

When booking it was described as a family room, but this definitely was not the case, hugely disappointing as all the rooms appear to be same size. We had a junior bed just pushed into the room which meant we were very squashed in.
Also the lights in the room did not work as no bulbs installed which was raised to 1 hotel staff member but nothing was really done when we were out for the days as on our return nothing had changed!. We had to use the entrance light for lighting.
