Les horaires du petit déjeuner que j'avais réservé. Devant partir vers 5h30, j'ai réservé pour rien car horaires à partir de 6h30 ! Or, au téléphone, c'était possible... Le personnel a refusé de me rembourser, et de plus, me demande 3,25€ de taxe de séjour ! Je lui ai répondu qu'il pouvait se régler avec le petit déjeuner. Nada... Je suis furieuse car ce n'est pas la première fois que ce type de chose arrive. La première fois, c'était le stationnement parking 18€. Non remboursable à l'hôtel demandez à Booking ! Or, Booking ne m'a jamais remboursé ! Jamais 2 sans 3. Ben non, j'irai voir la concurrence Booking

L hôtel est en cours de rénovation nous avons eu des chambres neuves. Petites mais jolies

L enregistrement le soir avec un nouveau paiement en double. Malgré notre insistance .Il a fallu se faire rembourser. Heureusement la responsable de l hôtel a bien géré l incompétence de son employé

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel from June 5–8. The facilities were very clean, and our room was fresh, comfortable, and smelled great. The location was also very convenient, with the station just a 10-12 minute walk away.

What stood out the most during our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit.

We would especially like to thank the staff member who was working the night shift during our stay. At around 11:30 PM, we were looking for something to eat, but all the nearby stores were already closed. We asked him if he knew any way for us to get food, and he make a way to help us find a solution. Unfortunately, we did not get his name, but we are truly grateful for his kindness and assistance.

Pros:

La situation vers la Marne et sa guingette.
Le lit, la vue. Petit déjeuner offert à cause de la climatisation, bon geste commercial.

Cons:

Problème dans tout l'hotel avec l'air-conditionné alors que c'était la canicule.

يقع على ضفاف النهر في منطقة مخدومة نسبياً ..

والتكييف للأسف يعمل ولكن جودته رديئة ..
يفضل ايجاد طريقة أفضل للدخول للمواقف من نزول السائق في كل مرة وفتح البوابة عن طريق الكود والعودة للسيارة مرة أخرى 🤦🏻 ..
