Sans plus à part les personnels étaient au soin.

La climatisation

Cons:

Service ménage , pendant 3 nuits passées chez eux , aucun nettoyage a été effectué dans la chambre , même si j’ai demandé à l’accueil de faire le nettoyage dans la chambre , pas de changement de serviette .
J’ai entassé les sacs poubelles dans la chambres

Grosse flaque d'eau, une tâche. Pas de passage de la dame de ménage pour nettoyer, impossible de boucler la porte principale.

החדר היה צפוף, מוזנח חסר תאורה, נדרשנו להודיע כל יום שמבקשים להחליף מגבות, את החדר לא ניקו כלל, יחס אנשי הצוות - לא נחמד. לעובדת המטבח היה נדמה שאני מתכוון לקחת קרואסון לדרך והסתערה עלי.הברמנית שנצבקשה לתת לי כוס גדוחה של קוביות קרח נתנה כוס נייר קטנה וענצה בגסות שיש עוד לקוחות..
המיקום לא נגיש בתחבורה ציבורית וללא אפשרויות הסעדה בסביבה. ממליץ לא להתקרב!!

Pros:

House keeping without having to pay for it separately and it was not written anywhere before booking. I only got to know after payment that no house keeping. The food is not nice and not alot of options. They said buffet but that not really true as staff are the once putting the food on your plate and they don't speak English making it very hard to communicate what you wanted.

Cons:

The food and no house keeping. I would love for that to be written boldly where one can see before booking to know if they still want to go ahead or ready to pay separately for it. There is no bright light in the room. You can barely read with the light in the room we stay.
