Un séjour parfait
Pros:

Le personnel est top. Même le cuisinier nous a trouvé de quoi nous appaiser une petite fringuale et c'était succulent

Embauchez des personnes plus expérimentées ou avec un diplôme dans l’hôtellerie.
Pros:

Là déco de l’accueil. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Literie confortable. Bar : la barmaid super sympa et professionnel (elle comprenait tout du premier coup).

Cons:

La réceptionniste quand nous sommes arrivées et partis. Très peu compréhensive et n’a pas vraiment su nous accueillir avec professionnalisme. Nous devions répéter plusieurs fois les choses afin qu’elle nous comprennent. Elle n’a pas su nous informer correctement lors de questions sur les moyens de transport alentours etc.

Pros:

La literie très confortable et propre
La climatisation
Le petit déjeuner bien copieux
L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

L'éclairage des chambres pas pratiques ni adaptées, une fois la nuit tombée il fait trop sombre dans les chambres.
Manque de produit d'hygiène, le gel douche quasiment vide.
Odeur de renfermé dans l'une des chambres.

Soggiorno per Disneyland
Pros:

La vicinanza alla stazione per raggiungere disneyland.colazione discreta ha sia salato che dolce.

Cons:

Stanza piccola per 3 adulti,porta che non chiudeva bene,vasca da bagno rovinata .Per soggiornare pochi giorni può andar bene. La stanza andrebbe migliorata. Quando siamo arrivati non funzionavano delle luci in camera e sono stati gentili perchè ci hanno cambiato la stanza.
