As on previous visits, friendly reception staff, very welcoming. Room clean and comfortable, good shower.
Delicious evening meal and breakfast with plenty of choice.

Overnight stay in Mayenne en route to Tunnel Cross
Pros:

Conveniently situated for our journey and also for refuelling and a supermarket. Clean, comfortable room and a good shower enabled a peaceful night's sleep. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. A kettle was available on request to make a hot drink.
The tasty and filling breakfast was reasonable priced too.
We have used this hotel many times and it has never disappointed.

Ideal stop over for our journey.
Pros:

We needed an overnight stop to visit friends locally in Mayenne en route further south. The hotel met all our requirements. Convenient location, friendly, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with a good breakfast.
We also stayed on our return trip home to the UK.

Beware! The bedrooms are outside - great in the summer, not so much in January. Room was cold on arrival and took a while to warm up.
Not a great choice in the restaurant either.

Restauration déplorable. Arrivé a 20h00 le bar salade etait vide et incapable de le reaprovisionner.
Le bar a dessert a 20h30 était vide!!!!!
Pour le reste juste les bases d'un hotel respectées

Best Hôtel Mayenne.... au-dessus de la Moyenne....
Pros:

L'hôtel semblait complet (d'après le parking) et aucun bruit dans la chambre. Les clients étaient très discrets ou l'hôtel est bien insonorisé. Petit déjeuner très correct, service agréable et souriant.
Très satisfaits pour cette 1ere nuit dans un Best Hôtel !

Pros:

Très bon hôtel comme d'habitude. Juste une chose, j'ai remarqué cette fois beaucoup de poussière derrière la télé. Ca ne fait pas "nickel" même si je ne sais pas comment j'ai regardé à cet endroit ... Sinon, très bien pour le reste.

Parfait pour ma nuit de passage
Pros:

Personnel au petit soin, c'est un ancien campanile rénové, très propre rien a redire.
Pas de clim mais isolation au top car malgré la chaleur je m'y suis senti bien.
