Bonjour,
Nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans cet établissement car le chauffage était en panne et il faisait très froid.
Nous tenons à remercier Ahcene le réceptionniste, qui a mis tout en oeuvre le 24 décembre 2025 pour trouver une solution, en contactant un autre établissement et sa Directrice, afin que nous soyons logés dans un autre Campanile.
Tout s'est réglé entre établissements. Le parking et les taxes de séjour nous ont été offerts.
Un grand merci à Ahcene et sa Directrice.
