Manque de serviettes, pas de clim donc irrespirable la nuit. Service au petit déjeuner inconfortable avec un accueil moins que chaleureux par l'employé qui vous fixe pendant que vous essayez de manger

Nous avions choisi une chambre avec 6 lits. Les 4 lits jumeaux étaient confortables.
Le petit-déjeuner bien fourni.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés tard à 23h avec 4 enfants et la literie du divan-lit n'était pas faite. Nous avons attendu 10 minutes devant notre porte car les cartes ne fonctionnaient pas et la solution a tardé à venir et certaines serviettes de toilette étaient souillées par du fond de teint.

Als Zwischenstopp gut und ausreichend.
Pros:

Preis/Leistung war okay. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Lage sehr nah an der Autobahn , gute Anbindung. Restaurant sofort im Haus. Essen war gut. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Personal schien mir überlastet. Rezeptionisten mussten auch gleichzeitig Bar und Restaurant bedienen.
Bei der Ankunft wurde uns unser Zimmer zugewiesen. Bei Bezug stellten wir fest, dass die Betten von den Vorgästen noch nicht gemacht und noch leere Flaschen und gebrauchte Behältnisse überall im Raum standen. Der zweite Versuch ein Zimmer zu beziehen, schlug auch fehl . Beim betreten des Zimmers hörte ich Stimmen und sah ein junges Pärchen in „meinem“ Bett. Nach einem netten Gespräch musste ich mich von „meinem“ Zimmer und „meinem“ Bett verabschieden. Der dritte Versuch führte dann zum Erfolg.
Die morgendliche Ansprache ob man fürs Frühstück bezahlt hat oder nicht, kann der ältere Herr auch etwas freundlicher gestalten.
