Pros:

The staff was fantastic, the room was great, so was the pool and the breakfast. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Missoula!

Nothing special, but clean and good value for the area.
Pros:

Convenient and best price with decent quality for the area. A restaurant and casino/ bar just across parking lot.

Cons:

The hair dryer broke so I went to desk to get a replacement and they said they’d send someone with it to my room. After 1/2 hr and my hair half dried all wonky it still didn’t get delivered. Breakfast just ok, but enough variety and at least it’s free. Rooms a bit worn, but clean and again price better than other hotels in area.

I chose this hotel because of its rating and price, but not sure it met my expectations.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The place was quiet.

Cons:

It is a good thing there weren't too many people eating breakfast because they ran out of a couple of things (like silverware) and I had to find it myself because there were no workers to be found for assistance.

The staff was not seen much at the front desk in the morning, and he wasn't friendly at all when you did see him.

Excellent hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms with Wifi and good breakfast.
Pros:

1. Spacious room with desk, easy chair, and very comfortable bed.
2. Friendly staff.

Great location, Great staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

Needs some maintenance issues taken care of. Back entrance door reader not working. door had to be proped open all the time to be able to access your vehicle outside. Card reader system , needs attention or upgrade, had to have 3 different sets of cards made to finally get them to work. Door to room was sprung and needs to be repaired/ replaced hard to use the deadbolt on the door and could see lights in hallway, because door is so sprung. Great staff. Just needs some maintenance.
