Pros:

Top hotel! The best hotel we stayed during our Vietnam-trip. Great team, helped us with everything and did their very best for us. Top breakfast with a la carte options.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the beach but very peaceful. We especially loved the pool and the very extensive breakfast options. There are lots of nice cafes nearby and a really lovely restaurant (NU ĐỒ) just next door. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Da Nang.

The staff are so friendly and very helpful they really look after you. The breakfast was really good. The hotel is very relaxing and the pool is very nice.

Vi havde kakerlakker på værelset og de kom også i vores bagage. Vi så de samme kvitteringer og servietter flyde rundt i poolen hele den uge vi var der og det virkede ikke til, at poolen blev rengjort. Værelset havde en del skimmel på badeværelset. Generelt var der også en del støv

Not a 4 star accomodation. The staff very much tried to support

The property has great friendly staff, who were very keen to assist us. The staff were helpful and ensured dietary requests were accommodated.
The pool is central to the building, which looked beautiful (but likely added to the damp)

Cons:

Unfortunately our room smelled of mould, damp. The design of the shower appeared to be very flawed, with a wooden blind inside the shower recess for privacy of the bathroom. The entire bathroom had excessive mould covered through the silicone so appeared very damp/ dirty.
The access to the man beach is approx a 15min walk along a very busy road (with no real pedestrian pathway).
