４泊の初日の晩にエアコンが故障。23時頃に対応したスタッフに上司に連絡して別の部屋を用意するように伝えたら、数分後に用意してもらえた。その日はぐっすり眠れた。翌日には復旧してくれた。お詫びにフルーツ盛り合わせ、頼んでないのに帰りの空港トランスファーも無料になった。滞在中はやたらと気にかけてくれた。
-エアコン故障で対応した若い男性スタッフが最初に満室で部屋は変えられないと嘘をついたこと（その後、ボスからokでたから別部屋で宿泊）
-部屋にあったハンドソープが２泊目になくなっていて、ボディシャンプーを代わりにつかった。
-連泊したからか、２日目以降、帰ってきたらタオルやローブが適当に積まれてて、初日と同じ状態ではなかった。
-キッチンの食器が放置でカップを洗ってくれてなかった。ちなみにスポンジあったけど洗剤はなし。
-エレベーターが自分の階（４階）を素通りしたことがあった。基本的にエレベーターは遅かった。
-シャワーブースとトイレに排水の段差がなく、シャワー使う度にバスマットがびちゃびちゃになった。
-スタッフの英語が聞き取りにくかった。

The pool was amazing, we could swim straight off our room! The staff were excellent & their service was exemplary.
Only a minor issue but breakfast had limited selections.
The hotel is very beautiful, with stylish comfortable rooms and a stunning pool and atrium. The location is very good, right near a beautiful quiet beach and close to a lot of good places to eat but not too busy. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable which made for a very enjoyable stay. Vivian gave me some great recommendations for Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.

Our room was lovely, highly recommend the poolside room. The breakfast included was also really good! The staff were so helpful and kind. Also in a good location 10-15 min walk to the beach.

Perhaps can add on TV channel list in the room so that it is easier for guests to navigate the channels.
Prepare larger bottles of water in the room/ public water dispenser in the lobby for easy access

Love this place. Great staff, it seemed effortless for them to help in every way. Other places we stayed it seemed forced but not here, all of the staff we dealt with were next level helpful, even giving us personal recommendations for places to visit and eat (which were amazing also). Can not rate the staff highly enough here. And the breakfast was absolutely amazing, great selection, all fresh and very tasty. Highly recommend.

We had the pool access room and sadly it wasn't that accessible. Needs a hand rail installed to get in and out safely. But otherwise I can not fault this hotel at all.
We loved our Daisy Boutique stay. We were greeted by friendly, happy staff who were willing to help at all times. The accommodation was lovely a real oasis in the busy city of Danang. The pool is beautiful and perfect to cool off after the heat of the day. Amazing value for money from one of our favorite places to stay.

Esse foi o melhor hotel que nos hospedamos no Vietnã! A cama é muito confortável e o café da manhã excelente. A arquitetura deixa o ambiente muito agradável e os funcionários são extremamente solicitos e simpáticos. Especialmente a Queen e a Elly, que fizeram da nossa estadia uma experiência incrível. Me hospedei em dois momentos diferentes e me hospedaria de novo.
