Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre qui est équipée d'une belle terrasse. La literie est confortable et le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel: la qualité, le choix, le cadre (avec sa terrasse extérieure). Les différentes piscines permettent de trouver un espace qui correspond à ses envies (au calme, près du bar ou avec des enfants), ce qui est très appréciable. La proximité du golf peut être un plus pour les personnes qui pratiquent ce sport.
Par contre, nous avons le sentiment que les meilleures chambres sont réservées aux clients qui ne passent pas par des plateformes de réservation car nous n'avions quasi aucune vue alors que la chambre s'appelle 'Mediteraneo'. L'hôtel est à l'écart de la ville et de la plage mais propose une navette sur réservation à certaines heures seulement. Se garer à Sitges pour s'avérer fastidieux en période estivale.

Hotel is round and very large. Some rooms are far from the lobby so we had to cross through the inner court

Housekeeping staff and reception staff were very friendly.
First day waited over an hour for our room safe to be fixed. Called down 3 times for someone to touch the safe with a key for 5 seconds to fix. kids exploding as wanted to go to the pool.
Air conditioning poor, 2 rooms, one could only get to 23 oC the other 22 oC, very uncomfortable. Reported everyday, not sure if anyone actually came to look at it, was offered a room move on our second to last day but the hotel could not move both our rooms only one, with small kids next door, was not an option. Mini bar did not work in one room.
Breakfast -The hot water for tea came out in a dribble took over 2 minutes to fill a paper cup with hot water. Pointed this out on the first day, was told, it should not be like that, same every morning since, no alternative offered.
Omelette chef was consistently rude throughout our stay. When i explained to the Omelette chef I was vegetarian, he still made my omelette in the bowl that was used to mix a ham omelette for the previous guest which still had bits of ham in. Hot buffet was cold everyday. At breakfast you were not led to a table, had to find yourself. When it was busy and there were no clean tables, you had to clear a table yourself to sit down. Breakfast option was good if you had Coeliac Discase but no other meals times were catered for well.
Overall food offering not good at the hotel with only one pool bar offering food throughout the day which was very basic. .
The day we spent by the pool it was closed. Not your fault, but unfortunate.
Reception sympathetic but no follow up to our issues.

Pool bar great service but no one clears the empties from tables or cleans them, they are dirty.
I invited friends to join me at the bar and I was hunted down by 2 members of staff staying my card had not gone through for some drinks when I charged it to my room. Was told to check my bank account. Very embarrassing.
El servicio de habitaciones. Muchas veces no cogían el teléfono o tardaban muchísimo tiempo en traer la comida, llegando incluso fría.
La habitación cómoda y el desayuno excelente. Los jóvenes de la recepción y de la Van muy gentiles. Hay varias piscinas y eso es agradable en verano.
No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, al llegar después de todo el día de playa llamamos y nos dijeron que irían en 5 minutos, esperamos 20 minutos y al ver que no llegaban les dijimos que nos queríamos dar una ducha y pedimos que al menos nos enviaran toallas limpias y nos dicen que en unos minutos lo enviarían, nunca llegaron. Esto es lo mínimo en un hotel de ese precio.
Además el hotel queda muy lejos de la playa y de todo; aunque tienen una van que va a Sitges es muy poca la frecuencia y si no tienes vehículo quedas atrapado.
Finalmente, quisiera mencionar que casi todo lo cobran extra, por ejemplo para entrar al spa se tiene que pagar extra (ni siquiera una hora al Día como hacen otros hoteles), queríamos sentarnos en unas camas tipo Balinesa en la Zona de piscinas y nos dicen que para usar esa zona hay que pagar un plan que incluye champaña, frutas, y agua para sentarnos allí y valía 150 euros.
