Pros:

Excellent location - very calm, lot of green around. I got room with sea view - it was very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel itself is very pleasant to walk through, and has very nice surrounding area. Sitges town center is 40-45 min walk away (or ~10 min drive).

Cons:

Breakfast is definitely not up to the everything else in terms of quality. Food that is supposed to be hot was almost cold, and that's 15 minutes after breakfast time start. Not worth the money.

Wonderful view, excellent staff, rooms need a bit of maintenance.
Pros:

We got a sea view room and the view was wonderful. The hotel is built on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean so it has a 180 view of the sea. Room was regular size, very tastefully decorated Mediterranean style,

Cons:

The bathroom had some rot at the door frames and the toilet lead was coming off - unacceptable in a 5 star hotel. Also, since the hotel is built as a large circle, it took us a lot of walking (3-4') to get to your room.

Un 4/10 llegamos y los recepcionistas no nos explicaron nada de nada solo nos pidieron nuestros documentos y nos die

Que es un hotel enorme muy tranquilo alejado del ruido perfecto

Cons:

Llegamos con mi pareja y la atención de los recepcionistas sólo nos dijeron nuestro nombre y nada más y nos dieron las llaves no no explicaron nada

Cons:

El jacuzzi dejó de funcionar a la me a los 40 minutos. Los enchufes estaban sueltos, la teles no funcionaba en los en el baño, los jabones estaban vacíos para el dinero que me costó no veo que haya satisfecho. Mis necesidades y mi criterio básico por el dinero que he pagado. No recomiendo la habitación yacucci ya que todos estos problemas no deberían ocurrir en un hotel de cinco estrellas de con una habitación de alrededor de cuatrocientos euros en la noche

Un Hotel con grandes profesionales y con mucho que reformar en instalaciones sobre todo habitaciones

En especial el trato y profesionalidad de los Sres.Jose Bar, Xavi Bar, Pedro, Sergio Restaurant y Guest service Sr. Javier Recepción y en general todos los profesionales.
Las instalaciones del bar. Restaurant "La Punta" una cena exquisita y un ambiente elegante y calido y las vistas de la habitación al mar y campo de golf.

Cons:

Los defectos por la falta de mantenimiento en la habitación.
Bañera desconchada y pintada encima. Las bisagras de la hoja de la ducha con óxido y suciedad.
Donde ponen de cortesía las capsulas de café, azúcar y etc. viejo con polvo y pelusas.
Y podría seguir con la lista... estamos hablando de un 5 estrellas y para mi no lo cumple en referencia a la habitación.
También precios en bebidas sobre todo y comida desorbitados.
